Make your GG shine!

I found an easy and cheap method to remove small scratches and smooth out the surfaces of your GG to give it that jewel shine. You can also use something like Brasso afterwards to protect the finish

I used a nail buffer board from the manicure section of the supermarket. Be very careful not to buff away the engraving!

Frog, its the second time in my life that I see a GG like this. (The first one was by Truck who send me a photo with a polished GG. He put it on the sun and take the photo. You cant see, the blink is huge

Well I just tried it meself and the results are interesting!! Mother said the nail buffers she had had metal in them Now my GG has an interesting pattern on it haha!! I can still see the GG engraved part tho Perhaps I did it wrong!

Dont try to shiny the GG with a file for nails or with any other stuff exept ointment. If you want to shiny it with sandpaper, it can only be done on a lathe and with a 1200 or more sandpaper

Ooops!! It was a nail file ......n hehe!! Still the GG looks nice, not shiny like yours tho but no harm done The pattern I managed to make shines differently in the light!

If you rub your finger over the surface of the board it should be soft and smooth, not like sandpaper. Try it on your thumbnail first

Mine looks like imagine a shiny painted DSE-801 or RN4072 in cranberry the shiny bits that they have unly unpainted, it doesn't look bad at all considering I used a nail file!!

How deep are the scratches tribal? You should be able to polish them out
