I've been using a different branded 26650 since yesterday in my MCM with far better results running in the 15w-20w range as that's the range I typically run using my MCM. Not sure what was up with the MNKE's I have. I could believe I potentially damaged one but in no way the other though had same results (check battery) much above 15w.

Just waiting on some more dna30s with removable 18650s. Seems like the perfect setup for me. Love the look (more than Hans modz. Only other dna30 mod I know that seems reputable). Already have some Sony vtc4s, want a dna30 mod. Plenty of power, consistency, charging, switching out batteries. What's not to like? Availability. But other than that, it looks great.

Hi Fm,

I picked up a real KFL+ and just got my squape yesterday. Let me know if you can figure out how to build that thing, it is real finicky on its build. I vape at a higher wattage and can't find a build that can keep up!! When it is working, I love the squape. Just for giggles, I was hitting my KFL at 30w on a 1.4 ohm. It was HOTTTT, but took it like a champ! I can't get the squape over 11w without getting dry hits.

If I can get the KFL performance in the Squape, I would be a happy camper.

I just got it in today and set up a regular coil at 2ohm on 2 strands of 3mm silica. Have not run it above 15w yet. All I can say is make sure your wick is flush with the sides of the deck and not in the side channels.

For those that got the DNA 30 are you having any issues with the chip not reading ohms or having to reset it or draining the battery like some DNA. 20s

I played with it more last night. I think I got the correct build. Same 1.4 coil, but played with the amount of cotton in it until I found the right amount. You are correct, keeping out of channels is a key!! Still can't keep up, I can get 2-3 good toots, then have to let it recover for a few minutes. I also drilled the air hole, much nicer draw now!

I have 2 DNA30's. The MCM30 has been flawless, with no issues at all. I also have a Hana V3, that one is great also, but it was reading the ohms wrong. I would have a 1.4 coil, it would read 1.9. I called Hana and there is what I assume is a grounding screw. I tightened that down and been perfect ever since. NO other issues with either.

Are you talking about using a lot of battery power when being used, or just draining the battery while just sitting idle?
