Ya know, I really wasn't expecting you to be so on board with it.I'd have to do some measurements. Or at least look into how a standard 801 connection looks on a mod. It may not even need to be recessed at all. I would just absolutely be in love with a mod that allowed an 801 to be screwed down virtually flush.
Or I could send you wanna my tanks with 801 in it & you could tinker around with it. Lord knows I've got plenty of spare tanks & 801's.
Maybe I'll buy some fusions and see what I can come up with. Are you wanting an 18650 mod?
Whatever you come up with would suit me just fine. It's a guaranteed sale.
I usually dont do custom orders, but ive never made an 801 or used one. It will be fun to do something new
Be warned, once you try an 801 Fusion, there's normally no going back. A proper 801 Fusion from IKV anywho. Those Boge 801's, well...that's a different story. Those, it's definitely possible to come back from.

Wow, My MCM showed in the mail today. Now I get to take her for a spin. Not sure the final topper choice, I am thinking of trying the ZAU with a fill of Pluid, or maybe something simple like an IBTanked, Boge carto with some new River Swamp Juice I just got. Possibly an RDA would be the best first choice. You only get one first time with a beauty like this.
I also received my oh so gorgeous MCM in the mail today. Alas, no batteries yet. Is there anything more maddening that sitting here looking at an awesome new toy & not being able to use it? I think not.

Serious bummer for you. Just look at it and imagine me vaping my MCM with a ZAU filled with Maha Ras. Yup that was my final choice to break her in and ohh what a nice vape.
U are not alone drew, I received mine yesterday too and don't have my batteries either, I was afraid to buy the batteries in case I didn't get a mod. Guess I would rather have a mod and no batteries than $30 worth of batteries and no mod
I have to admit I thought it had to have batteries in it! That sucker was solid when I took it out of the box, lol. I was like "the batteries are in it!! The batteries are in it! Woo hoo!" Then I opened the back and it was empty and I was like, wa, wa, wahh.... no dice
Not meaning u should provide them matador, I knew they were not included. I will say he does a hell of a packing job, there was no way anyone was going to get that thing out of that box with it destroying it!

Got my batteries in today and all charged up. Let's just say, I'm ashamed I never purchased an MCM sooner. Also, if I didn't have big 'ole hands this bad boy would be a beast to handle. But it suits me beautifully. Thank you Matt! Oh yeah, and this button is phenomenal, like a Silver Bullet button, but....better!

I would definitely be up for an 18650 with a recessed connection for the 801's…The Fusions from Ikenvape are all I use…Unfortunately the base of the 801's have them sticking above most 510 connections ( with the 801 to 510 adapter) leaving the looks less desirable…Please keep me in mind if you're going to consider a batch or just a few this way..Thank you…

That would be nice matador, or maybe offer it as an option or add on. But I don't blame u, not at all, I just thought they would be here by now. I am just being a cry baby. Like when u get a gift for Christmas or a birthday and there aren't any batteries, lol. I am just happy to have got one, between the tornado and the number of mods that were available, I consider myself lucky!
I do have another question for u, I saw someplace in the thread that u do or have done mods that are charged with a usb instead of batteries? Can u do that on a DNA20? I also saw a purple heart mod, that sure was a beauty!! I will most def have a purple heart mod someday.
I would love to see what all sorts of mods and sizes u can do. Not sure if that's possible unless u kept one of every type u made? Perhaps a list then some mcm owners could post theirs? And out of curiosity, is there anything bigger than a 26650?
I am just trying to get all the options in one place so I can see what all is possible. That way next time u ask What we want next I know what there is

I did a few mods with a built in charger. They used normal lithium batteries but also had the charger. The chargers I used were 500mah so it would take about 8 hours to charge a 26650, so I stopped using them. I do have some 1amp and 1.5amp chargers I have been playing around with. One of these days I'll have a mod with all that in it again.
