I got my DSE-901 USB pass through this past thursday.
The 1st day, I had some WEIRD problems with it. I was using it at work, and sat the pass through down. Evidently, The damn thing didn't turn off. the damn pass through fried my atty, Melted my cap, and then when I went to test the atty with a battery, The dead atty killed the battery!
You could imagine how P*SSED I was. I was about to send an e-mail to MVS, but then I decided to try the pass through the next day...and Since then, It's been working PERFECTLY fine.
Never figured out why it killed my atty.
One other thing...
The description says "No Cutoff". Either I got a bad atty, Or you guys gave a bad description. After 5 seconds of the button being pressed down, It turns off and then flashes green for a few seconds. Because of this, I can't get a really good hit. No where near as good as a freshly charged battery.
I'm using the pass through with my I-phone wall adapter, since it outputs at 5V at 1 amp, since Computers can only pump out .5 amps via USB. But the hits with a regular, freshly charged battery are still much better.
Anyone have suggestions? MVS have any idea's why I'm getting this stupid cut-off? Any known issues with these things, and the button / switch sticking, causing it to stay on?
