Seems the public health inspectors are the boots on the ground for enforcement. This piece claims that violations carry a $1,000 per item per sale can be levied on shops that don't comply...sad.

Agree. Wasn't objecting to you posting it, nor your wording. Was just an observation on my part. 
Think they were just pointing out the irony that as one freedom is granted, another is taken away.

Not a Massachusetts problem. Since I ordered more Zeus subohm coils they messaged me (on Tuesday) to alert me that they won't work in the Zeus X RTA I ordered. I never received the message they sent. They were waiting for a response before sending it on. They replied back to the inquiry I sent today within 10 minutes. Not at all. I was worried about that but he told me they held the second package because it contained both Zeus subohm coils and a Zeus RTA. They wanted to make sure that I knew the coils wouldn't work in the rebuildable. Great customer service and completely unrelated to Baker's ban.

Yes I know. Just the dichotomy of an image of a delivery van filled with weed and cash being approved the same day vaping is banned. Though Baker said he'd help with the banking regulations for cannabis.
This "temporary" ban seems destined to destroy vape shops. It may be extended after 4 months. Not much gets done on time in this state. Anyone remember The Big Dig? The governor wants more regulations on vape products most likely no flavors/menthol and mandated nicotine levels.
