OK, but the inflammatory headlines for the cop stuff are just as bad as for the e-cig stuff. "eating a sandwich". Wrong.

Media. Worm hole. Alternate universe. 1980.
Everything Tweety. EVERY! THING!
Find just about any metric. Huge anomaly around 1980.

It's like twilight zone stuff! :D ;)

Oh, I agree. Clickbaits... That's how they make money nowadays. Everything is a "bombshell" or "shocking," or a "revelation." Breaking news.

This too shall pass. I hope.

Hey what good is it to have Jackboots if you Can't go around and step on People's Necks who Step Out of Line?

BTW - If you Do happen to be stopped by some Zealot Hell Bend on Saving the World by seizing Planes, Trains and Automobiles, just tell them that you use your mod to Smoke Pot.

Then Everything should be Hunky Dory.

244 (m) Marijuana products as defined in section 1 of chapter 94G shall not be subject to the
245 excise imposed under this section.

Massachusetts resident here. I do not vape but I buy all the vape products for my husband. I have some nic on the way and have stocked him up pretty good. I agree with Mowgli. Once the **** hits the fan I will go and buy hubby a mod and juice for his truck. Tape the receipt inside his glove compartment. I do not trust either the politicians or police or court system in this state. All corrupt. I ship all products to family in New Hampshire. I see firsthand how less harmful vaping is. This is sad.

Well well well.
This is MA, state where people want and ask for more regulation.
Where I have to have a brand new, never driven car safety inspected.
Where paper straws and reusable bags are mandated.
Where the little D-clip on gas pump handles that keep it flowing were removed.
Where the state wants to legalize and fund shooting galleries for 'opioid survivors'.
Where the fire department has to inspect my smoke alarms before a home sale.
On and on the stupidity goes.

Basically, in this state, you (the general public) are too stupid to make even the smallest decisions. We (the state) will make them for you. As always with do-gooders, there are no incentives to comply, only punishment if you do not. That's how you know the rules are so wonderful for all involved.

BTW- It isn't the 'Big Tobacco/Pharma' boogieman you're looking for. It's the Big Charitable Institutes. Cancer, Heart, Lung, all staffed by rabid anti-tobacco folks who do not want anything resembling cigarettes anywhere at any time.

It's all For the Children though, so I feel much better about the whole thing. Society has an obligation to coddle the little tykes in the absence of parenting.

For those in other states, I feel for you. How can you live with the knowledge that >you< are setting a bad example. Join me in pouring out all Nicotine, PG, VG and smashing my mods and tanks. You don't need a law/regulation to do the right thing!

Then we'll all stop at the recreational marijuana shop on the way to the casino to celebrate. You know, for the children.

I have hot kept up with this but CRUD. We all need to help MASS out, states copy each other.

If I ever have to produce receipts for my vapes..... Well thank God for Fasttech.

I also sincerely doubt that any police officer is gonna know what vape matches what vaping product for a LOOOONG time but still. Car seizures. The world has gone insane.

Oy.

Massachusetts has been slowly losing its marbles for quite some time now, so none of this really surprises me. The car forfeiture part is insane, regardless.

This is why the housing market exploded in southern NH a few decades ago...this has been a long time coming and more people will inevitably leave I'm sure.

I still think it's meant for "dealers"....those in the illegal black market that are trafficking in "illegal vape products" (I can't believe I just had to type that).

But we'll see how it unfolds. They could sure as hell use some clarification on all that, it appears to be scaring the hell out of citizens.

Either that, or, people will get out the pitch forks, torches, and tar and feathers and explain it to them.
