DW...If your refering to the batteries in the link you posted I honestly couldn't tell you. I've tried getting a straight answer on that exact question myself to no avail. The cathode material is what I mainly look at when purchasing a IMR cell. The Panasonic CGR uses a 3rd material along with Lithium and Manganese in the cathode construction which is what makes it a hybrid type cell and gives it the ability to exchange the internal energy extremely fast and sustain high stable discharge rates.
