where can i find more info about these v2's? how do they differe from the v1's?

dittoes. whats changed?
My prob with the originals is mainly just the mfg consistency... one is great, perfect even, the next one is noxiously stinky, and so on... maybe 1 in 5 fail rate. some are not stinky but seem to have too low ohms, etc... get the variation under control and i'm a happy camper. but yeah... I digress, so what's changed? where's that Leaford when you need him?

How recently have you purchased cartos? I have gone through no less than 75 cartos and had two that I considered 'duds'. Every other carto has been very consistent.

They did start testing the ohm rating on the cartos quite a long time ago, and discarding any that didn't fit the prescribed range, so that might also play a factor if you haven't ordered more recently.

They have small but hopefully crucial changes to alleviate some of the problems we've been having with high voltage batts and with high VG liquids. The heating coils are now being regulated for a slightly higher ohm range, 2.6-2.8ohms, and have been raised slightly in position to seperate them from the high temperature silicon adhesive and o-ring. And a new tool has been introduced to the assembly process to improve consistency in the coil position. Lastly, the wick has been changed from 4 strands to 5 strands, which should help thicker liquids, like high VG liquids, wick faster. All of these improvements are exclusive to Bloog.

Any idea when these might reach stock? I still haven't even seen a pre-filled with the ohm rating printed on it. I assume that was only blanks? But new stock of some of the flavors have come in; do those have the ohm rating?

Glad you're working to improve the cartos. They work great as-is, but staying ahead of the curve is always a good idea in this industry.
