Even if something happens with the FDA, I would think juice would be of more concern than hardware. Are they going to outloaw atomizers and batteries?
And I wouldn't worry about juice either. Small orders will always get through and no Chinese company is going to refuse to try and send it.................

I'm holding off an order until after Tuesday. It'll be a hardware order, but I feel better waiting.
As far a juice orders getting through, it's possible for Customs to flag certain suppliers for inspection. That may be a problem.
What is to be considered "small"? I have 300ml that just arrived at JFK today.

The government is more concerned with keeping big tobacco alive rather then the safety of its citizens. This whole ban has nothing to do with "safety" of the product, but money in the pockets of corporations.
