Maybe it is getting time to be more scarce out here.

I like JJOOHHNN :) Sometimes forums can be a frustrating place. You can say something you know to be true, but if it's not widely known, people can go after you. They don't ask what you meant, they just say you are wrong. And if you don't have the information right in front of you or don't type fast enough to back-up what you said it can get mean.

He will be back when he feels better.

@John, I know you were right about the little regulated one and I told him you were. I would have posted it, but I didn't know about thread.

Poor JJOOHHNN.

I ignore most posts that rub me wrong.
I try to friend or msg the people i like.
Ignore the ones i dont

There are a lot of different personalities here.

Evilzoe is one of my likeables!

And there are some who have something negative to post about anything i post and imjust skip right past them.
Sometimes im misunderstood, or i misunderstand.
Its all good. Shrug it off and build a friends list, you can also build a contacts list.

Im not a provari owner so i have no idea why one would throw it out a window. But i read they get thrown alot. Must be some tough ... devices.

I get friend requests all the time. I'm friendly, so I accept them, but every time I do I wonder if the person has really thought things through. Hellooooo! Look at my post count! Don't you realize that if I'm your friend your entire activity page is going to be me?

It is not about feeling but about bad information being spread. If people tell you things that are not true it can cause people to make bad decisions. I might post out here but the primary reason I come here is to get information. If I cannot trust the information I get I am generally better off not using it.

It is not just the information that I get but it is frustrating watching others get false information. I am not talking about the subjective kind but the technical side of things. There is the do your own research thing and that does work but after doing research it makes me more frustrated in the things I see people say. Maybe it is the fact it is so different than how I have seen information passed around elsewhere.

After doing a bunch of research myself but still digging I run across someones post asking if xyz existed. Someone replies that nothing like that exists and no one will make one so they go off and get something else. Not true, those did exist at the time. It is one thing to say "Not that I am aware of, I cannot imagine anyone bothering to do that" then to tell them flat out there is no such thing. In another I saw something similar and then some others made the appeal that the person making the statement was a veteran member. It does not matter if they were the first member if they make say something that misleads someone with false information especially after others apparently knew better...that is where the appeal to this being a veteran came from.

I certainly don't want to ask many more specific questions. Asking questions is expensive. If you ask something and the ohms, volts, and watts don't add up and it is questioned and the feedback is it works one assumes there is a factor not being considered, no all the relevant ones were considered. Now I have learned to trust myself on that one, if the numbers do not add up it does not matter how long they have been out here. Sorting good data from bad data is a bit hard out here.

After already finding A, and B, by digging after you were already told they didn't exist and are looking to tie it up by finding C it is frustrating to be told that A does not exist even tough I have been testing four examples of A and getting ready to test a fifth example.

Another thing I have finally learned is on a veteran proclamation is to ask what they have used, "well only one of them". I finally know now to question absolute statements out here. I am used to the idea that people don't generally make absolute statements easily but have learned in this environment they flow fast and furious with little or no basis in fact.

I have learned if I dig I can find most of the information I am looking for and then can verify if it is true with a single example at times. Trying to use the forum to save on research does not seem to be that helpful much of the time.

I think it will be cheaper and more productive to dig for information in a different way.

I have learned they are OK to throw from experience. It does not seem to hurt their function and since mine are the bare metal finish they are not getting marked up. They are good throwing devices to let out frustration, the problem is each time you throw one what ever it hits ends up being damaged.

I can understand your frustration JJOOHHNN

So now I mainly stay here in the cozy ProVari sub-forum...

Especially us ProVari folks, we get called crazy all the time by people who claim mod xyz is juust as good as a ProVari, by people who have never used a ProVari, no less...

If you hang out here, we won't judge you :D

But I may claim to people that I have regular conversations with John Cougar on a vaping forum...

We could, however, be WRONG about things on occasion because we're human beings and imperfect like any other. We will BELIEVE what we're saying when we say it but we won't be trying to make life difficult for other people.

Hell, I'm wrong all the time, even when I'm right.

Try living MY life.

I need to hire a new director.

But you guys don't vape when shodding a horse. I got a ton of these reasons. They came from all the times I would have grabbed an analog and either did or didn't because I had something to fill the niche will enough.

I love Provari but they are not good while running either. I also like steel drip tips but they can chip a tooth if you are bouncing around.

I cannot be 100% Provari, just 90%.

See, I would find what I like and then go to great lengths to figure out how I could make it work in whatever situation - I'm a regular MacGyver in my life...lol - rather than find something already out there that would fit the situation.

Probably backassward in my approach, of course, but it's my own way. :D

JJOOHHNN, I have followed part of your journey to find that hands free device. Please do not give up your quest. And please do not give up the friendships you have started here. You are looking for a pretty specific device. It looks like you are doing a lot of good research in narrowing down the field.

I hope you stay here on ECF.
