Yes there are full mechanical side button mods. There are also some side button that have wiring. Side button at the bottom are usually mechanical while the side button at the top can be wired or mechanical. The side button mechanical are getting harder and harder to find. The one you linked is a true mechanical.

I have two Silver Bullets from AltSmoke. I have the above silver vein and white models. They are semi-mechanical with wired switch. I use 0.6 ohm coils on both. Made in Ohio by a guy named Chad through AltSmoke. There is also a fully mechanical version called the Silver Bullet-M.

At the cheap end of the scale, I like the EHpro EA clone and the Beauticig Lavafire Smart v1.

The EA clone is basically the same as the Fallen Angel, but the EA clone is by EHpro I think... not sure who does the Fallen Angel. The Fallen Angel costs a bit less than the EA clone. I'm supposed to be ordering it right now, but my husband is acting like such a pill about it, I haven't ordered it yet.

The Roller rules.

I'm using it right now, as a matter of fact. Atmizoo has set the standard for side button full mechs with the Roller.

That was one of the other ones I was looking at. I like how you don't need separate tubes for the different length batteries, but I still don't care for the looks of the telescoping tube personally. The button was the other issue I didn't care for. The locking mechanism is nice in functionality, but I wasn't too crazy with the construction of it, or how the button stuck out from the side like it does.

The Poldiac has about the same number of small flaws, it was just a matter of personal preference on which ones bothered me more.
