medium e-liquid. 11 or 18 mg ?

I am new to this forum and just started vaping on Monday. So far i am enjoying it.
All the info here is great.

One question ( and sorry if it's been asked a zillion times)

I wanted to use a medium nicotine level.
One supplier has it at 11 mgs and others at 18 mgs.

R these basically the same or is there a noticable difference ?

18 could be considered medium since the usual high is 36. Some suppliers may only have 24mg as a high and would consider 11 as their version of med. For me 18 would be medium, 24 would be med/high, 36 would be high. 11 would be med/low and 6 would be low.

In China, 11mg is usually medium and 18mg is High. This was set since the old days. 24mg and 36 mg came a little later in the form of juices most of the time. Some call it Extra High and i've even seen Super Extra High.

Some sellers say that 18mg is high, but I think 18 is just medium. If you smoke around a pack a day or even a little more, 18mg is great. I used to smoke around a pack a day and I use 18mg. I tried 11mg and I think it;s a little too low.
