I purchased on June 1st, and it died on Thursday. The switch keeps blinking. When I plug it in to charge, it stops blinking, but never charges. The charger light stays red.
I know there's a 28 day warranty, but since I work nights and sleep all day, there's no way I can get there before the warranty runs out.
If I mail it and it's postmarked before the 28 days, can I get a replacement battery that way, or do I have to go into the store in person?
