The first one is a NiChrome coil which can be used in Temp Control mode and it's. 25 ohms. The second one I'm assuming is kanthal at .5 ohms which can only be used in power mode. The wattage range is just the recommended wattage, but what wattage you use with them is completely up to you.

I'm a man, and I can change, if I have to, I guess.

Power mode means with wattage settings its safe right if i use it in 30 to 40w and tell me what is meant by temperature coil is they good or bad

That 30-100 is just simply what the coil manufacturer recommends. Me personally, I run my .5's between 20 and 25 watts. You can set the wattage around 20 or so and increase by a few watts until you find your sweet spot.

Temperature control is used to set a temperature limit for the coil to heat to. Some prefer this method, has it gives a more consistently warm or hot vape. I personally prefer to vape in wattage mode but give it a try if you want, you might like it.
