@tmbrown, same here. i discovered that in the last few days
its amazing how much vapor the stick can produce with a new atomizer or with onlly the mouthpiece after a few minutes.

as i only discovered this with original carts and the carts i stuffed more loose lately, i hope to get performance back packing them more dense again.

[edit] for a slow down in this oversaturating thing, i sometimes draw a bit extra heavy for a split second, seems to free the atomizer most of the time, but also draws liquid dangerously near the mouthpiece.

[edit2] sometimes i just pullout the cart+ mouthpiece and draw directly 2 times if nobody is looking ;)

Hmmm.... Its day 4 for me now and I keep getting about 10 "good / heavy" clouds of flavor then it feels like I have to "nail" on the initial suction... Then pull the rest and still... Almost no "flavor" but tons of throat-hit... I was beginning to suspect a disconnect between the cart filling & the atty so I just popped in one of my spare BE112 attys and have hit the 30 mouth-full mark with the same nice hit / draw...

Bad JS atty perhaps? Anyone?

Just an observation and some thoughts about the V2 and the 801 carts. I find that I get very good performance from my atomizer when I top off, and that lasts for a while. Then the performance starts dropping off a bit, you have to pull longer to get the vapor/TH you want. I suspect that the atomizer is now saturated and just at the point where it is hovering on the over-saturation point. I think this affects how the coil works. I think it may be supplying too much liquid to the coil to allow effective vaporization. What I've started to do is, when it gets to this condition, pull out the cart, install just the whistle tip, and vape for a while, working off the juice already in the atomizer mesh. I can get at least 20 good drags in this condition, with good vapor and TH. When that starts to taper off, I replace the cartridge and I'm good to go for quite a while longer, usually until the cart is nearly completely empty. I think this also minimizes buildup on the coil. I'm not sure this would work for every atomizer/juice combination, but it seems to work on mine fairly consistently, and stretches my juice out pretty well.

I'd be curious to see if this works for anyone else.

How do you get just the whistle tip, I tried to oull mine off or the cartridge, but it doesn't seem to wanna budge, do you just gotta yank at it. I don't wanna break it, seeing as I wash out and reuse all of my carts and right now I only have 5 that fit the 801s and thats what came with it :(

They look identical I actually thought I had gotten 2 v1s again when I got them today. The only way you can tell the difference from the outside is the battery cap had a bigger middle notch. But if you want pics I can still do that but it really is identical.

Also the atomizer shaft is might tighter...not as much wiggle room.

Here you go!

No paint wearing but I just got it today! The button feels similar but not 100% the same as far as that goes. I did try dripping with it today and that seemed to work just fine but I didn't try that with my v1s. I also noticed that there wasn't any liquid on the outside of the atty when I pulled it out after using it this afternoon!

It's kind of hard to see from pic 2 about the battery cap but you can fit a dime in there to turn it now. It has a much wider cross to it.

Hey, tmbrown327 may be on to something here... I NEVER would have thought that I was OVER-saturating my coils/mesh!!!

I didn't completely understand what you meant by "whistle-tip" but I just popped OUT one of my carts then just "set" it gently in the top of the atty so I could feel a good seal but so that the cart packing wasn't touching the mesh at all.

Than, exactly as described, I got MUCH BETTER Vapor/TH!!!

Very good insight!!!

Thanks a bunch!
