Someone remind me, how much do analogue cigarettes cost again?

about 2 bucks for a 20 packet over here... and that's the expensive ones... :) So that proves very little... e-cigs come out far more expensive if you really do the math...

you just have to make the decision whether you want to keep going with them...

not arguing with your point about making it economically viable for the manufacturer though...

That sounds cheap. Theyre 5.8 USD here for a packet. And no, i will not agree to e-cigarettes being more expensive than analogues "if you do the math" - i think it depends on whos buying. For me, in the beginning yes, now, or in the last 8 months, definately cheaper by far - since i dont have to buy new stuff to "try it out" - i maintain my habit now, and if i test stuff, i do informed choices.

Anyway. :)

Does any one use a drip tip with their Ego? I just recently received my Ego and I am enjoying it for the most part...however the tip is just plain odd, seeing as I was accustom to the whistle tip of the 801 atty...I happened to run across a thread regarding drip tips and they seem to be the answer...I was just curious if anyone had used them with their Ego and their thoughts...

Hi xp,
I use a delrin drip tip most of the time at night.. When my hands are the least shakey. LOL.
I have problems and always about 9pm to 11pm I'll drip while in fromt of the TV..
I love the delrin but I had used the SS from Super T Manufacturing but I like the delrins a whole lot better as I always clamp on my eGo with my teeth...

Yeah that definitely depends on the price of cigarettes where you live.

I smoked about 2 packs a day before I quit and was spending about $450 - $500 a month on cigarettes. Since I switched to vaping, last Halloween so 7 1/2 months, I've spent about $450 - $500 total.

So even if you double that, to make up for the things I've won or been chosen to test out, that's still only $1000 maximum compared to the $3375 - $3750 I would have spent.

Then, I eagerly put my KB together and went to vape it. NOTHING! :(

I switched out the switch (I have 3 or 4) ... great balls of fire, it worked!

So, blaming the batteries and all along I had a bum switch.

LOL, you're the saddest person to get good news I've seen in a while! At least you've got a ton of good batteries now!

I love that you both shared your stories! This way if something like that happens to someone else, maybe they'll think twice before getting rid of a (possibly perfectly fine) piece of equipment. Besides, you never know - even a truly broken piece of equipment can be taken apart and made to do double duty as something else sometimes.

Well, my first Janty LR just gave up the ghost. So...that means it lasted about 4 weeks. Will have to see if I get a similar lifetime from the next few, obviously, but if that holds true we're talking almost half a year on a 5-pack and I can live with that :smokie:

Be nice to get an early warning sign or something, though...it was fine yesterday and then when I got to work this morning vapor production was waaaaay down. Actually had a spare out in the car but I didn't figure it out until some time after lunch - just kept switching carts and sucking like a banshee all morning, which did NOT help with my hangover...

It really is all a matter of taste. I've searched high and low for reviews of Janty liquid and found very little. I only use Janty liquid.

For my taste I've settled on Tobacco, H Nic and Polar Mint, H Nic. I also use the Polar Mint to flavor the juices I"m not crazy about. I look for taste mainly, and throat hit secondarily. (I also use snus.) I don't look for monster vape.

To me the Tob. tastes like unlit tobacco. The Polar Mint tastes toothpasty in a good way- fresh. If you're interested in tobacco flavors the Golden Sahara is tasty as well with a slight dryness to it on exhale. Janty has a tobacco flavor(s) sample pack.

H nic level gives me more taste/less throat hit than SH nic level.
