Janty USA has been out of Cappuccino extra strong juice for quite some time now. Any idea as to when you might be restocked? The idea of having to find an inferior flavor under my tree this year isn't a very good prospect. C'mon guys! A little help here!

Ok I ordered TWO JANTY EGOs on Sunday and I realize that Monday the order is worked. It says they have stock. I paid for 2nd day air. No one is answering my ticket with a UPS tracking #. I will be out of my cloves on Wed night. I was expecting this Wed per the site info about ordering.

Is this not the case???? This is gonna be ugly nicotine withdrawl people. It is 2 days after my order and now I can have no back up plan. Please tell me these shipped Monday and I have a tracking #. Order Number(s):8701

If I have been mislead with no way to contact anyone and no product I am going to be upset.

And since I ordered on Sunday and there was all day Monday to process it and everything posted said it would and the site did too... I would at least expect that you all would ship my stuff tomorrow next day air as the 24th is a shipping day. This is really upsetting.

If it did ship on Monday and there have just been delays on giving me a tracking number than I apologize. But please let me know.

What do you mean?? I saw on here they were shipping already to people. The website said they have 116 in stock. This was my only gift to myself and my boyfriend (our first e cigs).

The site even says what date I buy the ego buy and what shipping to pick:

So how can I cancel my order and get all my money back? I am new to all this and this makes me worry about this company. I will do a charge back if I have to. But I don't want to if I don't have to.

I say this cos it is a company with no phone number, who won't contact me, and hasn't shipped my product as far as I know. I feel stupid

Sorry to break this to you, Raechel... but I'm not even sure the eGo has arrived in the USA yet. I don't think they will be here in time for Christmas.

"Expected" and "should arrive" are not promising words. =(

Janty is very reliable. Their reputation is solid.

It's been stated in several threads that they were just shipped out from the factory late last week. Seeing how they are overseas it's going to take some time if customs gets involved. This is typical for new product releases, best laid plans, etc. Breathe. Also considering you ordered 2 DAYS AGO, breathe.

Did I mention BREATHE?

I've dealt with Ethan a few times. He's more than fair and returns emails quickly. Although... it's after hours now, so I dunno if you'll get a response tonight.

Thank you I just did. And what do you all mean breathe and things like that. These are Christmas presents, the only Christmas presents. This all seems shady they say it is in stock. Plus no one contacting me. How else would I act?

That and I am running out of smokes and Obama made my smokes illegal. I really don't know what to do.

Janty is top notch when it comes to customer service. They've taken care of me twice, in a timely fashion, no questions asked.

They've repeatedly posted updates on the eGo on their subforum, as well as stating on their site that THEY MAY NOT BE DELIVERED BY CHRISTMAS. I knew this when I ordered on the 5th, so this isn't new news.
