Justn,

When you checkout and see that form there is a checkbox at the top by where you enter your email address. That checkbox says "Register an Account". If you want to register with our site you would keep this box checked. If you uncheck the box you do not need to register and only have to provide your email, shipping and billing address.

If you are still having problems just email me at info@jantyusa.com and I can make sure that we get you taken care of.

As to payments we accept Visa, Master card, and Discover through our secure 128 bit encrypted checkout system. If you prefer to not pay with credit card there is also an option to pay with check/money order.

Hope that helps.

Jeff

I have nothing to do with websites, I do not work for any consulting firms. I really am exactly what I said,, a person who tried to buy your product. I have only been e-smoking for like 3 weeks now. I simply want something bigger than the m401 I have. Yours is the cheapest of the bigger units. Plus the looks are better.

Now the FAQ for what payments you guys accept is BLANK??????

Do you accept paypal?

Also I just went and tried AGAIN (100th time) to purchase a JS. How do I buy it without regestering on your site? All I see is member login and a long form for PERSONAL information, with a register button at the bottom.

I use IE 8.0.6, all updated on win xp, do I need another browser to see the button to buy without filling out the long form?

By the way I am unemployed,,, I never consulted but I think you should pay me for wasteing my time.....

check the pic, kinda late to say that now....:(

Im just about to buy my first stick, but my question is what attys provide the best taste/throat hit, and what carts have the highest capacity (and actually use most of whats in the cart). Ive never used the janty classic so ive got no idea what the default atty/carts are like, i love my 510, but i find the cart capacity is pretty low (0.5ml) even if i can use all the juice.

any suggestions as to what atty/cart combo would work best for me before i purchase one?

I'm in the same situation as you, I have since the 8th of August the atomizer dead, I sent 3 emails and have not gotten any response after 20 days.

Janty Netherlands ignore warranty claims, ignore customers and I think they provide a lousy customer service, so it's not surprising that they are losing customers, especially because they do not comply with the guarantee announced.

I got my 510 adaptor and a new Dura atomizer today...Wow, tons of warm vapor. I had to get used to the round mouthpiece and draw a little harder but this combo is perfect for when I want the cigarette-like experience.

That being said...I'm not feeling the love from JantyUSA!!! What happened to the little extras that used to be slipped into the bag? Nothing for a faithful and reliable customer to brighten her day? 8-o

Nothing cryptic about it, I transfer money into paypal last week.

A pm on these forums, yeah i could have sent one, but a trouble ticket from janty website I could not fill it out at all. The help button on the janty site forces you once again to join the "club".

Now are you guys saying paypal is refusing to do business with janty?

Did paypal drop you?

I didn't wait for the atty to glow red, I waited for the crackle and hiss sound after pressing the switch that indicates power to the atty. Make sure you blow out the gunk from the primer if new, or buildup if an older atty. Use the usb port as power source...once you hear the crackle and hiss, put 3 drops on the atty and attach the cart. The draw is going to be harder than the JS attys but it eases. Use the "double dutch draw" mentioned in prior threads where you take 2 draws quickly while holding vapor in your mouth, release the switch and engage it again to take a long draw directly into your lungs. Then break that puppy in....;).

If you are not hearing the crackle and hiss...clean all contacts with a papertowel (both sides of adapter and metal side of atty. I use a pencil eraser to remove residue and wipe again with papertowel, almost buff the shine of the metal. Re-assemble, press switch listen for crackle. One must have the crackle and hiss before you get a glow...:D

Hope this helps, it worked for me, keep in mind that you have a harder draw than with the JS atty (which I love). But the warmer vapor affords a different experience.
