I ordered the Janty mini fogger last Thursday and it arrived today, definitely no complaints as far as shipping was concerned, but the extra atomizer that I ordered with the set was DOA right out of the wrapper. Very disappointing. :(

I put in a ticket yesterday, so I hope they'll be able to fix it or send a replacement ASAP.

As far as the mini fogger itself is concerned, I absolutely love the design and ease of use. This is my first ecig so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I haven't touched my analog cigarettes in 24 hours and that's quite an accomplishment these days.

Also, I ordered the PCC that Janty has for sale as well. I was a little skeptical because I thought it might be for the Dura only, but just as I had hoped, it works for the mini fogger as well! It's very sharp looking and sturdy. Three lights on the front that display whether the case itself is charging and green/red lights that come on depending on if your ecig battery is full or now.

All in all an excellent purchase except for the DOA atomizer.

I placed an order UPS ground last Thursday and got an order and shipping confirmation, but no tracking number!

I put in a ticket and was sent a note from "Ethan" with what was supposedly my tracking number, but it did not work on UPS website. Whatever he sent me, it was not a tracking number for anything. I checked USPS, UPS, DHL, Fedex, and every site said the number was invalid.

Fortunately UPS did finally bring my package yesterday, Tuesday, but the atomizer that I ordered with my mini fogger set was DOA. It doesn't work at all. :(

Jeez...I've had missing confirmations and shipping via email but my shipment shows up in a timely manner. At times my email contact has taken a day for a response and other times I've had a email conversation that was almost like instant messaging. But I always get a response even if it is only receipt of my order. If an error occurs be assured that Janty will take care of you. I received 1 dead atty and it was replaced quickly, fortunately I had back-ups.

I've been thru the Janty stick debacle, the current 510 adapter problem, and the new web design X2 so I've developed patience as a reward...and products that don't crap out on me with no warranty.

Please note the website always says processing, even the new updated site.:D

Welcome to the world of Janty and congrats on replacing your cigarettes. Be careful though...it seems we of the Janty Consumers become addicted and eagerly await more hardware. Speaking of addiction...have you tried the red bull carts and liquid yet...if not...don't because you may not want to get started on it...just leave the flavor filled slice of heaven all to me!!!

Im sorry guys, Im just to damn excited waiting on my stick to get here. All I want to do is talk about it! Ive read nearly every post in this Janty forum. So can you guys that have time to burn give me some info?
Any good tips or tricks I should know?
Whats your fave thing about the stick?
What do you hate about it?
Do you think as soon as I pull it out of the box, it will be ready to vape, or do I have to wait the dreaded 8 hours?
Just tell me anything and everything you think I should know.
I love you guys! xoxoxxo Happy Hump Day BTW!

The batteries charge in couple of hours but you can put 1 in and plug the usb cord to your stick and the usb port on your computer to vape right away. It will charge while you vape. But I read on here it wont work on usb without the battery, I have not tried mine to see, so be sure you put one in to vape off the usb.
Be sure to get the atty screewed down good, it is hard to the first few times.
What I like about it is, the battery in mine has been in it for about 6 weeks, I dont change it just plug to usb to charge, also useing the same atty for about 6 weeks. I do take out the atty about every 7 to 10 days and stand it on a napkin to drain over night.
Other than that just enjoy !

has it not arrived yet ./.. bleeding hell ....just be prepared for the very very easy draw ... dont worry though as it will get better and better .. oh and dont waste your time putting carts in the stick ... its a drip only device

This is not right, I use carts on mine with good results but you can drip the JS if thats the way you like to use it.
Thats what makes the JS a good PV, you can use carts or drip, you can charge batts with the usb and vape while the batts charge. Also it gives you a lot of vapeing per charge and seems to be nice to attys as my attys have lasted a long time.

I think it's a great device. I have a spare that I keep in my laptop case, but all I've ever needed is the stick and a 5ml bottle of juice to get me through the day. I have a USB port at home, in the car and at work, so no battery changing etc. and I just top off the cart a few times a day. Pretty much the definition of low maintenance. Might take a few tries to find the right atty for you (draw seems to vary a lot between attys), but once you do, and you tailor your juice to it, it's pretty near perfect. Good luck.
