Thanks all guys !!

but I had a little porblem when I tried to wash my atty ! I use the cappuccino Janty flavor, I have another which is the vanilla flavor I want to try and after a great deal of washing it seems like the smell nor the taste won't go away ?

any suggestions ?

My suggestion would be to have several attys dedicated to certain flavors. Or a couple of different devices for the flavors your like. I have a penstyle 801, a JS and a SD; all with 801 attys. So I vcan mix and match to the flavor and style of vap'n I'm in the mood for. But three or four different attys would be cheaper in one device. Just what works for you or what doesn't work. No bad, all good.

So I need a little help from you guys. I just got my JS V2 and it dosen't wick hardly at all! The stock atomizer and carts I'm told are standard 801 issue. I've been a 510 user since I started and have PTB modded all my carts. I'm extremely pleased with how ell they work! SO I tried just filling the stock JS carts and found that it runs about 5 - 10 hits and it tastes burnt (like an empty cart). I pull out the cart and it still has tons of juice on the bottom of the fiber. The top is bone dry.

So I tried a PTB mod and it was a disaster! The carts are so much Bigger than the 510's and there was lots of air gaps - even though I used the whole PTB. I wound up with more juice in my mouth than on the atty!!

I read the post earlier in this thread about wicking issues with the stock JS atty so I ordered a few 801 atty's from RMV. Are these going to be the "high bridge" units you're talking about? It's my hope that I can figure out the best way to use this new JS. Right now I'm really disappointed and have been using my 510 until I can figure it out. It sems like there's alot of satisfied Janty Stick users so I'm hoping you guys can help me make this unit usable!!

Any and all help would be appreciated!!

Ive found with the stock cart fill, once the top of the cart is dry, try holding the JS firmly and snap/shake it downward like you would a thermomter. I will also hold it in my fist, with the cart pointing upwards, and pound the bottom of my fist against my knee a couple times. Sometimes gravity or capillary action isnt enough for the wicking to keep up with your consumption. You can also drip 3 drops on the atty, and that will hit awesome for 5-6 drags. By the time you blazed through the drops, the cart will have wicked back up to the surface.

Yeah I agree with your point here but I'm willing to bet my next paycheck quite a few people are buying your warrantied attys and using them on other 5-6v mods. If people want to do it then they will, so they might as well be doing it on a PV that you sold them!

Well we didnt say it WAS toxic, - but the whole idea of why e-cigarettes are not harmful is that the liquid is not being heated above a certain point. Thats why glycerine is so good; it doesnt require alot of heat to become "smoke".

Also you have to remember that we sell the atomizers too and warranty them; One 801 atomizer has a scheduled life of 100.000 hits. If you put this to 6v, it wont be half that, it will be much much less, due to the constant dry burning that will occur quite often, no matter how careful you are.

And that will lead us to receiving a ton of warranty requests.

Imagine it right now; People are vaping 3.7 volts - some are experienced some are not, and we still get alot of people frying their atomizers due to burning them too dry. What if we did deliver 6 volt and say my mom bought it, she would not only fry the atomizer, but probably the entire casing as well. :hubba:

So im not saying yes or no to anything, just trying to shed some light on why Janty has not made a highpowered device yet - if we are to do one (again not confirming or denying.. damn i feel like a lawyer.. ) then we have to keep the whole perspective of warranties in sight also - and ofcourse make it as safe as possible to use.

There are rather easy ways of seeing how much voltage an atomizer has been put through you know.. :)

But yes, i know this - and im not saying we wont do it, im just saying when / if we do it, we will probably do it differently ;)

Its odd that noone has created a menthol yet isnt it - i mean one that truly does work. Out of all the tobacco flavors you should think that menthol would be easier to reproduce in an ecig than for instance marlboro or something.

What ive done ( as i loved menthol as well - didnt smoke them regularly, but loved it ) is use the polarmint from Janty, and mix that one with VG based liquid with a strong nicotine content ( i wont say which brand ).

The Polarmint from Janty is very candylike, but tastes good, and hits you _hard_ - so when you do spike it with VG - basically anyone that has not so strong a flavor, it gets more creamy and full - and really resembles the effect of menthol; fills every part of your brain, and scratches your throat!

but thats just my personal opinion! ;)
