I'm rather ticked off by my order #7356 I placed on the 9th...and opened a ticket for resolution. The delivery was quick but...I was sent 2 bottles of the wrong juice. I paid full price for 6 out of 8 bottles (-18 dollars) and full price for 8 cart packages (-24 dollars) and didn't receive a free bottle of juice (value -6.95 to 9.95). All of these price changes and the bonus coupon were offered within 1-2 days of my placing an order. Isn't there a standard policy of price adjustment within a specified time and wouldn't less than 2 days qualify for that adjustment?

Liquid overpayment $18
Carts overpayment $24
Over $50 free liquid $7

total loss on a 2 day order...49 bucks!

No stick attys at 3 bucks off, no stick tawas at 3 bucks off, no e-cigar batts at 20 cents a piece, no e-cigar chargers at 3.95, no dura attys,etc...great sale but lack of product.

Sorry to rant but these issues of 2 wrong bottles, no bonus bottle, and paying double for product has frustrated me. :confused:8-o

To me the sale and free juice is for placing an order while the site is closed and they are not shipping product. Since you ordered and they shipped your product before this happened I would assume that the sale/free juice would not apply to your order. Just my take on it for what it's worth (nothing, I know ;) ). Good luck on your ticket though!

I feel your frustration at lack of product though! I'd love to place an order right now but they don't have much in stock that I want, certainly not enough for a decent sized order.

Hey Shivadance, I see your point but most businesses will adjust the cost if a sale occurs within 3-7 business days. I placed my order on the 9th and received it quickly today, the 11th. Also I was sent 2 wrong bottles of liquid which my requested flavor and strength is still available on the site. That could be a mis-read of the order details and simple human error. But spending about 126 dollars for an order that I could wait a few more days to receive at 84 bucks with a free bottle of juice would be well worth the wait.:D:hubba:

Guys, why don't you post this stuff on the JantyClub forums too? I mean, we're supposed to be the official club forums and we don't get to hear about promotions like this? I just placed a $70 order and it might have been nice to know about this promotional code but I only visit this forum once a week, I visit the JantyClub every day. How about being more fair to your most loyal customers?
 
I placed an order for a Kissbox Classic last Saturday and my CC was charged successfully. I was really excited when I saw the UPS pickup slip on my door after work last night. I got up early today to get my package. Regretfully, my order was incomplete however and I still languish in the world of analogs :mad:

I went to the website and they indicate they are out of town until the 15th. Sooo... I tried to enter in a heldesk ticket. I spent 20-30 minutes typing a description to be as clear as possible and an hour researching on the web to see if maybe i was stupid and see if perhaps i did have what i needed, but i was too impatient to figure out how to make it work (not the case). When I submit the ticket, it indicates that fields in my trouble ticket request are missing info, but each field is filled out completely.

Can anyone recommend a way I can contact them, or if someone from JUSA sees this, can you get in touch with me. If they can correct this, i will be more than willing to post the details of the response that they provide. Is there anywhere in the Greenville, SC area I can buy a switch retail?

1 x JANTY™ Classic Atomizer- 4.7 cm RECEIVED
1 x special KISS charger and cable (RECEIVED CHARGER, NO powerline)

As you can imagine I am very disappointed. The promptness of the order was great, but without the required items (especially the switches and powerline to charge the 3.7 v LI batts!!), I can't use this and since this is my first, I am really bummed to go buy another pack of analogues. has anyone else had this experience??

Second, let me say, the way this was packed, seemed really amateurish for the 130 USD paid. One box had an ill fitting lid and all of the parts (batteries, atomizer, etc.) had been rattling around together causing some (granted minor) surface blemishes. Please make this right as soon as possible.

I was recommended to Janty by an avid user who i know would be be surprised to hear of this experience. Please either contact me at this e-mail or by phone if this is more convenient (864) xxx-xxxx (deleted for this post. Until I hear from you, i am in a holding pattern.

I don't recall at the moment, but I seem to remember some of the very first images of the stick included a ring on the battery cover. I think that would be a great way to improve the Stick. It would resolve the 'battery cover popping off and rolling under the table/bed/desk/dog' scenario and it would give you a place to attach a lanyard/chain/necklace/dog. I'd buy one.
