It cost Augvape my business and probably lots of others who will never buy augvape products again.
In my case, seeping only starts after using it for few weeks then they deteriorate. Though I might still buy new Augvape product in the future but I surely will hesitate and won't rush into buying.

The mini is designed somewhat better with screw in base(s) but you do trade the seeping and having to break the glass to get it apart for circular gouge rings around your mod when refilling the mini and it torquing onto your hitter with every refill from retightening the topcap.
I couldn't agree more with you.
I can tolerate seeping problem on the full Merlin tank, just couldn't tolerate the 'pain' in using the Mini. I recall, I only use it for less than a month and then it was shelved.

Just little plastic discs that go in between the mod and the base. My nano is shelved BTW. It's not a bad RTA, just not enough to keep in rotation.
I made discs from some carbon fiber wraps that I folded in half, stuck together and put a hole in the center for the 510.

Not all tanks will work for all... I shelved my Merlins for the Goblin Minis until I got my Nanos. I still find the Engine Nanos the best tank I have used so far.

I think I've posted this link about 10 times on ECF, SHARE it when anyone complains about scratching their paint in the 510 area.
I remember seeing those before. I may have asked you before in another thread??? I need larger ones for my 25mm tanks.

They shouldn't have to be any larger, as you are just using them as a spacer, unless the tiny gap you might see by eye bothers you. I don't put a tank on without one.

It probably would bother me... For now I'll just keep using these.

Long time Taifun user. Original and then 2 and now 3. Want something else for ADV. Was using STM's for ease and convenience but lets face it the flavor is not THERE. Thinking about trying Merlins. I like the idea of the velocity deck. I have an Aromamizer that I love and it has this.
Can anyone tell me if the FT ones are rally authentic?

Have you bought from FT before, @chanelvaps? My Merlins came from Subtank Supply, but I've bought many other things from FT, and if they said "authentic" they always were. I hadn't heard otherwise about any kind of hardware from them, so I wouldn't have any reason to suspect them, especially with their liberal return policy.

I have man, just astounded that they are selling them so cheap and wanted to make sure there was not something I needed to know about the ones at FT.
Thanks

Yep those are pretty cheap! I'm sure they're just clearing them out to make room for the new model.

The Merlin was about $11.00 out Augvape's door,in smaller quantities, add a little for shipping. This was back when they first released. Now days Augvape has changed some. They now attempt to enforce a minimum advertised price, and MOQ. Prices haven't changed ,much, just policy.

You are correct about clearing them out, but the big difference is they are no longer enforcing MAP on it.

    Somewhere between here and there
So far, neither the engine nano or engine mini leak. I've asked the same question chanelvaps. I have a 22mm siren that I bought for mtl vaping and it has worked perfectly until yesterday when I thought I'd put a smaller coil(less cotton) in it and I started getting liquid out the air holes. I put the bigger coil back in with more cotton and it's fine again. Some of these tanks we try are super picky on wicking.
