Hopefully they are reading. I have been told by several members that they appreciate this thread and also a few vendors. Let's hope that, at least, those vendors that would care are reading. Obviously those that don't care sit back and enjoy the comforts and confines of their own bubbles.

Was thinking, yes sometimes a bad thing. Someone could summarize the major themes here and put into a sticky? Not sure that's what they call it but something a vendor would or could see. Something that could change as issues came up. I'd take a run at it but time is a problem. Never mind how to post it as a sticky.
Maybe a Letterman type top ten or something.

Okay...not sure if it will be me, but anyone is welcome to make a list of our demands. LOL

That would be quite the statement Mr. Inferno! All the vendors that I deal with have already received this link. I sent emails with the link and asked them to read--they were all gracious about it and replied in a way that let me know they in fact read some.

Yes some do indeed. I've received PM's from them about some of my comments. Which is a great thing. Gotta remember they're vapers too. Or some are at least.

Lol. My bad. I'm venting. Just rubs me wrong.

No problemo. I stand with you my friend. But, vendors aren't allowed to respond here so they deserve some space. It's all good, hopefully our wishes will reverberate throughout the community and reach these vendors bank accounts--then we may see some new policies. Plus, like I told Ogredog, it'll get messy when fans start coming here to defend.

Too bad there isn't a no holds barred forum for vendors and customers to interact. That would be better than any reality show lol

I know your right people will defend their favs. Those are the same people that put energy drink stickers on their cars lol

That would be pretty awesome. I'd need popcorn flavored juice for that. But I doubt that'll happen, since this forum seems to take it's serenity quite seriously. Which is fine, I totally appreciate the consistancy.

Sure people will defend their favorites, but there's little anyone can do to defend someone whose swapping feet every time they open their mouth. Best they can do is offer some mint juice to cleanse the pallette after.

Give it here, I'll stick it on my car.

Absolute Zero and a fruit smoothie vape got me through more crap days at my old job than i could recount now.

Lol. Ahh mean bean java monsters. I get these by the case. My favorite drink on earth. And goes very well with mocha java smooth.

Those forums do exist and they are not only no-holds-barred, but often, no-respect-included.

To the supplier associate that just sent me a message: Thank you for reading the thread. You are an angel and apparently wear a similar adornment atop your head. ;)

I'd like to see more vendors accept PayPal as well. I know some ppl that won't order online because they don't want their cc numbers all over. PayPal is safe quick and easy.

Paypal hates vaping. If they know that a company is selling e-cigs, juice, etc, then won't do business with them. I would recommend refusing to do business with paypal for any purchase until they revise this policy.

To vendors: If you are going to have a "notify me" button on your site, please don't let it be just a covert way of getting my email address without making a purchase. I say that because out of all the times I pushed that damn button, I have seen very few emails back. However, I do get updates about a whole list of stuff that I was never interested in, and then I wonder, why am I getting these emails. It would also behoove you to keep up with the notifications because I often have moved on and forgotten that I was ever interested. The few times that I have remembered, but not notified, was when I saw others writing about their recent purchases of that product/juice, only to realize that I was never notified. Seriously?!

To members: How many times have you clicked that "notify me" button? How many actual notifications have you gotten about that specific juice/product? My ratio of the times I clicked the button to the times I have received notifications is way lopsided!

True.........I think I should add that there aren't a lot of liquid vendors that have a notify me button for juice, but for some reason, the ones that do don't keep up with it that well. Ahlusion, on the other hand, has kept me notified about their juice.

This is a great thread. I would like to chime in with a request to vendors:

I don't care if your labels are fancy or plain, coloured or monochrome. Other posters have made good suggestions of the information that should be on a label.

Please make them waterproof.

E-liquid is, as the name implies, liquid. Some of us with not-terribly-nimble fingers have been known to spill a drop or six. If the spillage of a minute amount makes your entire label illegible, you are doing your customers AND YOURSELVES a disservice. I have about a half-dozen 10ml bottles from one vendor with an excellent reputation on this forum. I had them all in a box and the labels got moistened with some residue or other. All of them are now pretty watercolours. I can't tell the hazelnut from the vanilla from the coffee. (Before you tell me to perform a sniff test, did that, but all these flavours are pretty subtle, so it's tough.)

It is in your best interest to have labels that can tolerate normal (which is to say, heavy) use by vapers. No good selling a product that the buyer can't repurchase because (s)he can't remember where it came from.

I will also echo lasttango's thoughts on "extra flavour" options. They scare me. If I don't order it, will I get a weakling water-flavoured juice? If I do get extra, will it be nauseatingly overpowering? What about those vendors that offer "SUPER" extra flavour? "DOUBLE SUPER"? "MEGA"? Etcetera. I usually pay for extra flavour if the option is available but be sure to include a note saying to only make the juice as strong as is appropriate without distorting the flavour. This has served me pretty well.

In short, don't send anything to a customer that you wouldn't vape yourself, Besides that I have been 95% thrilled with the service I have received from most E-juice vendors.
