Too complicated for a filament printer! Overhangs for the clamping system and all that would make it extremely difficult to do at home.
It isn't a Tibs but it will be getting one of the DNA30s I picked up from Mike's co-op! Designed by me and printed at Shapeways.

Looks very nice. Did you order it in 'black' or paint it before doing the poly coating?

They all look so awesome.... the thing I dont get is, I've seen designs printed, and I've seen some cool stuff on the shapeways web site, but it seems like no one is sharing their dna20/dna30 box designs on shapeways or anywhere else....?
I desperately want to buy 3 (qty 3) printed boxes for myself and my 2 sons who also vape. I don't have the talent to CAD design my own, and they are not for sale on shapeways I respect not wanting resellers to get them, and I get that.... but so many of us NEED them, I'm sure I'm not the only guy who wants them.

Are you still working on that red dna30 box mount with face plate ? I think it was for a Hammond box or something.

If so, that is a complete mod that doesn't use any parts from a Hammond box.
Bapgood has designed several replacement doors for various sizes of Hammond enclosures 1590A, 1590B and 1590G I believe.
I hate being in a holding pattern it is driving me nuts. Between shapeways and my wood stabilizer guy looks like I can't even get started until next week...
