Hey Rob, An order I placed on the 14th never showed up. I put in a ticket and followed up but didn't hear anything back so I'm hoping you see it here. Order # AB-14370. Talked to the post office a couple times and it was escalated to Consumer Affairs. They took a look and said the shipment exhibited odd behavior since trying to leave Tampa. It left Tampa, came back to Tampa ended up in Harrisburg and has been sitting there since last week. The Rep insists that there had to be something wrong with the package or Label. She just called me again and said they can't find it and it could take a very long time before it turns up.
It's quite upsetting to say the least. Any chance you guys can resend the same order and if this package ever shows up, I can send it back to you guys?
