    No you can't
    Hi

Some of my favorite juice has a very high nicotine ( mg ) level, so I want to mix / dilute to bring down
the mg level. No doubt this will also impact on flavor but trial and error should get it about right, I hope.

Question please, is there a right way to mix / dilute ?

    Regards to all

Goto eJuice Me Up - Best eJuice Calculator and download the e-juice recipe calculator it's free.

Then go into tools NIC COMBINE add amounts of VG/PG or nicotine any combnation you want to what you want it to be.

    1) You COULD order a same flavor same PG/VG ratio juice....then just mix it down by percentages so you get the nic level you want.
    2) or you cut it with a PG/VG mix of the same ratio to keep the ratio the same and reduce the nic (and flavor if you can't add flavoring).

It's just fractions of the nic amount. Do the math to get the nic level you want.

    Just wondering...

How much are your "High Nicotine" e-Liquids and what would you Like them to be?

    24mg down to 12mg
    18mg down to 12mg

and then further drop to 8 mg later I as I progress.

I guess it's better to use VG than PV as it's " safer "

If diluting with VG realize this thickens the juice and may lead to wicking problems- dependent on the juice delivery system (holds and vaporizes the juice) you're using.
If using VG to dilute you may have to add a few drops of distilled water to thin it out.
