Hi, new here.
Been vaping for about 5-6 weeks and absolutely loving it. I went from smoking a pack (if not more) a day, to no cigarettes at all.
I use premixed e-juice (usually 14mg as an all day vape, and a couple of 24mg for when I need something stronger).
Some flavours that I have are not the greatest, and I would like to possibly mix them with other e-juice to improve the taste.
For example adding a menthol (I have it in 7mg) to existing 24mg or 14mg flavour.
Is it safe to do that? Or would that make the ejuice way too strong?
Or let's say I want to make a fruit punch type flavour by mixing watermelon, peach, and cherry (all 14mg) or would that pretty much be 14mg x 3 = 42mg of nic strength?

I just don't want to be that one person that od's on nic juice and ruins vaping for everyone else =)

Sorry if this question was covered somewhere already, but I couldn't find anything so far.

You can mix and have fun !

Ex: You have 3 flavors all the same mg...mix would be the same.

Ex: 2 flavors different mg. 14 & 24 ...adding equal amounts of each to make a new flavor ....14 + 24=38...now you have 2 items so divide by 2 = 19 mg.

Easy !?

Ex:3 flavors different mg. mixing equal amounts ....A + B + C divided by 3 !

I've been mixing "premix" liquids since I first started vaping. You stand there looking at what you have and thinking, .hmmm.... That would really taste good!. and so you mix! As time goes by, you may even start to use a lower nic product and mixing(a higher nic premix with a much lower one) will help to be able to continue to use some of the higher nic liquids you have now. It's one of those things, I predict you'll be a mad scientist in no time! Congrats on making the switch to vaping and c'mon over and visit us in the live chat(link at top of page).

atleast half the juice i have now is mixed together with various juices. just try and keep track of what you mix and the mg content because i have no idea what's in half of my juices :D not that i care as long as it tastes good and makes me not want a cig, i can vape 36mg or 18mg without much of a difference so it works fine for me. id also reccomend picking up some vg from the local store, add a little distilled water to it and use it to dilute some juices down if you wanted to make the flavor lighter and get more out of less

I seem to be the only person that hasn't had the best of luck with DIY mixing. I've spent $$$ on PG, VG, LorAnn oils, and all the accouterments for mixing my own. Each and everyone tastes like poo. I find that I'm only partial to a very few of the pre-made juices as well. ((thank goodness)) I haven't tried mixing my pre-made juices though. Hummmmm....???? ;)

Isn't that crazy strong?? And doesn't that make the atty a one use atty until it's thoroughly cleaned afterword?

How so? It's pre mixed liquid. Even if it's diy'd it's already mixed. Drippers put one to four drops on an atty to drip. When you're done if it's still got residual flavor you clean the atty. There are only a few flavors that are so very strong that even cleaning them won't clear the flavor.

I have some Dekang RY4 24mg that i wanted to cut as to make more liquid and lower the mg. I wanted to use my RY4 flavoring from perfumers apprentice to keep it flavorful after the cut. Found an easy way to do this without even having to use much brain power is to use an E Juice Calculator. Put the 24mg as my base and 14mg with 80pg/20vg as my goal. I decided to use 10% RY4 flavoring on the mix since i normally use 15 to 20% flavoring with unflavored base. The outcome was great, and after mixing up 1ml for a taste test im definitely going to be mxing up alot more.
The calculator i used is called Ejuicemeup.

Try something other than Loranns.
I've discovered a few of the flavors I like aren't blends at all:
Aromi dolci :: Hypnotic myst flavor - Flavourart. La sartoria degli aromi
Blueberry Cinnamon Crumble - e liquid tea flavored e juice water flavoring coffee flavors e cigarette diet & fitness Baking & desserts
My hypnotic mist came out nicely.
Check out the flavorings websites. See if there's anything there you already like:
Flavourart. La sartoria degli aromi
Homeopathic Drops | Sugar Free Drink | Flavor Drops

I misunderstood. I thought you meant the pure flavor liquid that you mix with the PG/VG... That stuffs lethal by itself! LOL
