I bet you will like either but I have a Proton and I like it a bunch. The fire bar like, it's fun to press. It's kind of an ambidextrous mod, too, you can really flip it either way.

I don't know about long term .pocket stuff, but I played around with my toggle button rather emphatically as I was playing around with figuring out the menu system. It seemed pretty solid plus it's Innoken who I happen to find pretty solid in general, etc.

It could well be a point of destruction over the long term I guess but I have had no problems with it and we all know when it comes to mods, it's as if I were my older brother setting my Barbie knockoffs (my parents thought I would have better body image sans Barbies they must have really hated me and wanted me to have no neighborhood friends either) on fire! I mean I just maybe killed a radius (the long agonizing dry out 3 day wait is not fun) by submerging it in coffee. They're supposed to be waterproof the boards, but that should give you some idea how I deal with my mods from time to time.

I bet the other mod's equally nice, but I'm fairly certain that if there were a MAJOR weak point in the Proton well I would have found it already.

Although I think you should get the mod you want. I think my radius should also wake up and say, "Psych! I was just tired!" But I guess I am going to have to wait on that.

God. Ya'll are killing me with the rice.

AND by the way, OMG I successfully (I think) convinced the husband that I was "learning to use my new computer's mousepad after having an external mouse for oh, like 2 years or so, "because I was trying to broaden my horizons by learning new things and I was tired of dropping it all the time (which I do).

I did not state that such was the case because I DROPPED it this morning into my coffee cup.

But, that is what HAPPENED. Oh, I fished it out, and I dried it out NO RICE EITHER ON THAT but no, you can't do that to an external mouse that cost $9. The husband looked at it carefully (the mouse) and said, "God, even *I* hate your mouspad…." but then he ALSO transferred me money and invited me to get a "real" haircut (I trimmed my bangs today, also). Little does he know my coffee cup with a lid is ON its way (maybe thanks to my postman) but clearly THAT MUST happen, in all seriousness.

Although the bangs are pretty bad too, but like, I MUST HALT THE DESTRUCTION of electronic things!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Like functionality trumps vanity BIG TIME.

I... still hate the stupid mousepad REMOVING buttons to click is just ALL kinds of wrong, but I either confess my sins or deal with this mousepad forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a really tough call I'm telling you, although I remain in a surprisingly good mood for today but if anyone mentions ANY of this again AIIIEEEEE!!

The annoying part is the husband probably has 15 external mice he could give me but that requires the CONFESSION OF SINS.

And, he's already not happy about the radius, (he doesn't even know what it cost even) it's just my ADHD annoys him.

I'm sticking with the mousepad I got I mean it's getting easier, kinda….. :(

LOL

So no more talk about coffee, rice, drying things out I'm gonna pretend NONE of it happened. Including the bangs. Although, I was in a room today where I was like "I am the hottest chick here bangs or not" but that was probably because all of the (very nice ladies) were decades older. I'm still gonna count it as a win though because the bangs..... Well I have a good hairdresser she can fix them closer to work. Something. IDK.
