Looks like it would be good as protection against things like falls or bumps too. Pardon my uninformed-ness, but does the fire button lock? Maybe a strap that goes completely around from bottom to top with clasp to hold the mod in the holster and another small clip or lanyard to attach to something else?

I made myself a leather holder for my Microstick......

I didn't do any cutouts or even measure so it's not perfect but now that I know I can make one, I can make a better one.

The fire button does still lock. I was thinking of making a strap that just goes over the top but it's not really needed. I made it so it's snug so I'm thinking a loop on one side will be enough to attach a clip or lanyard. This is still a work in progress. I really want Tim from Serenity Gear to start making them as part of his regular holders.

I'm thinking that a loop with a ring on it would be the least bulky. Like the Serenity Gear sleeves.

Then anything can be hooked to it. I'm going to try making one of these when I find my rivets.

My friends make custom Kydex holsters for guns and knives. he's all set to make me one if I ever get it. The belt loop rig will probably be more bulky than the holster.maybe I can find a simple clip...

Tim is a great guy and will work with you on starting up a new case line. I got the billet box cases started being made by him. Might take a prototype or two, but it turned out beautifully.

Fyi,, your case looks great.

Tim is a great guy. I already emailed him about making them, though I got the impression that this was only going to be a custom order at this time.

I may email him and offer to buy one too. I love his cases. If enough people do? He will carry them. I think 12 is the number he looks for.

Yeah, bb case he has listed on his website was my reject number two. So I guess mine is custom too. I got a full cover flap and side cutouts for easier removal.

Cool, so we need 10 more.

I dunno if I want a full flap on the MS. I do want a tabbed ring so I can hang it from a lanyard and cutouts.

Absolutely. I want minimalist on the MS too. The BB goes on the belt loop for use at work and I wanted the drip tip covered. But the MS is more a pocket or lanyard device. So would want the thinnest, minimal case for it.

Looks great Susan. I have a bunch of leather, leather lace, sinew, etc "someplace" in storage, and quite a few leather tools/punches that would make it easy to lace or sew and add the windows. While I have the extension for the MS, it would only go out in '350 config. But with all the options Parish offers in a MS case is there really a need for me to make one... or for that matter for Tim to reinvent the wheel? My Parish VO1 for a ProVari mini '490 is very well made, I actually like it better than my Serenity Gear for a PV mini '490 because it also protects the topper. So while I have not seen a Parish MS case in person, I think it would be a great chocie for a MS, and with a lot of options for the price.

I use both of my ProVari "sleeves" on flat heavy duty nylon QD lanyards that are comfortable to wear, and can also just put either in a shirt pocket for even more protection, control and weight ditribution. Could do the same with one for the MS, although so far I've just put it in a front shirt or pants pocket by itself and it's never got scratched, etc.

Thanks!! It took me longer to find all my "stuff" than to make my simple case. I thought about getting the Parish one but I didn't know about the quality of them. And one of the reviews said it was loose which doesn't work well when it's tossed into a purse. I wish all my clothes had a least one pocket but alas, they don't. We girls sometimes use our bra to hold our PVs for short periods. It gets uncomfortable for a long time though.

Thanks for the info... didn't know the Parish cases were considered too loose. I don't really need one, so with all the other crap I do for vaping taking up so much time also doubt I'd ever build one. Add that I'm still not 100% sold on the MS. I'm kind of at a crossroads on all my vaping gear, don't know yet which direction I will be following/changing to for most of it.

That's just one of the reviews I read. There's not a lot of reviews on the Parish cases for the MS, guess it's still too new. I'm going to keep the MS though I'll never have more than one. I like the tiny factor about it and that's about it.

Before I tried it in my own, I went looking for pics/instructions for mod disassembly but couldn't find it readily... did anyone have a link?

Or is it so easy that I can just do it without messing anything up?
Took mine apart yesterday. Pretty simple, in addition to hex key you need a needle nose or similar for the spanner holes in the 510 housing.
