I've been waiting since the beginning of March for that E-mail notice, thinking shipping would begin when that happend based on the above quotations from little donkey.

Now I dont mean to ruffle to many feathers here, but what happend to that! Now pre-orders just beggining and production just beginning, not what I was expecting. Does this make sense? I have ordered and I will continue to wait for the Microstick, however I feel a bit misled and so I'm putting it out there.

I get there is a new facility and new machines and this because of the demand presuably... but It is frustrating nun-the-less.

Please if I am mistaken here, just disregaurd and/or feel free to correct me.

At the time of the writing, they are giving us their best *guess* (plan, hope, dream, whatever), and stuff happens to change things. I know of many vendors that due to statements like the above post, stop saying anything other than we will tell you when it's ready to buy. You hear nothing, nada, zip. You do not know if they are on schedule as there is no schedule, and so you also have no idea if they might be here tomorrow (and you don't happen to have the cash ready to buy), or if they aren't coming for six months, so you might as well forget about it til they are available - if you still want it then, and if you have the ready cash to buy.

Seeing it from both sides, I much prefer this method, even if dates get missed, at least we have a clue what's going on, and if it sounds like they are back on track, or just dreaming.

Does this make sense?

I know it's been asked before, but I didn't see an answer. Can anyone confirm if the purple efest batteries will work in the microstick?

The AW is a good fit with just a tad over 1mm in travel left on the switch. I've been told by someone that measured them that the purple EFEST is 1mm shorter.

I just put my order in for my second ms....I figured I would run one in 490 mode since I ordered the extender with my first ms and haven't used it yet!! I had also ordered a case for the extended mode so it makes good sense to have a second....right?

We provide a range of dates instead of one deadline and so far it works for us.
I still hate to tell people about delays and now I feel good, because we have no delays and no broken deadlines

No one was mislead here. As LittleDonkey said, the timelines are estimates. If there are any issues in terms of timelines for anyone, go check out the Super T wait times for mods

Living that right now ... Super t seems to have their way with how they provide services to us consumers .., but I 'be already vented that frustration. :$

Ordered my first Microstick! Now time to find an atty in the next 45 days that will work with it. I am thinking Spheroid? Maybe Doc Dave mini. Hmm.

Well, I preordered another Microstick the other day when they became available. Just have too many lonely Spheroids begging to be paired with one. And it is an awesome pairing too. Anyone one the fence, you will not be dissatisfied. This is the only mod I will have duplicates. Love these little power houses!

The polished is in stock but may be more prone to getting scratches from the MicroStick. That is why I suggested brushed.
You may also want to check if they have a v3 kit with the screw posts.

Currently we are taking pre-orders. The items will be freely in stock earliest in 2 months (also possibly via retailers).
So you need to pay now if you want to place a pre-order.

I would definitely be brushing it myself if i had to get a polished one. I am going to browse the classifieds to see if I can find one in the next couple of weeks.

The polished is in stock but may be more prone to getting scratches from the MicroStick. That is why I suggested brushed.

Ok, I am settled now

It would appear that most are in agreement communication was good, I guess I am the one who misunderstood.

Good luck to mini-Ecig with production run, I do think this is a killer product, and I do hope you will continue to communicate with us on your progress.
