Took dat survey a while ago and volunteered for their 'panel'. Got a phone call to inquire as to which session I could attend. Told the caller that anytime during the day. She said that at that time they were only having evening meetings.

I did make sure to thank her and da clinic for their study.

Still awaiting a call for a daytime session! Would LOVE to participate!!!

Several side notes here...

The Moffitt Center is an absolutely awesome organization!

When I spoke with the contact phone lady (undergrad, I presume), I did mention that the survey could be improved with a bit more refinement. Since she was a contact person, she had no concept of my intentions.

The Moffitt survey is ever so much like all the others I've completed (including the Swiss survey to which I 'donated' my saliva for data evaluation). Puffs per day, carts vs. cigs & etc. are kinda meaningless when it comes down to those that are experienced and hardcore.

I have no idea if the comment sections have an impact. But I do utilize 'em!

Nonetheless, I'm glad to contribute to the research!

One stupid question in the survey: "In one week, how many cartridges do you use?" Like all of us use cartridges? Oh well, it seems like they did pretty well in creating the survey otherwise.
I never use cartridges myself, just put in 7. I thought the survey way one of the best that I have come across, at least it seems they are taking e-cigarette's seriously. I added my stop smoking success story and hope many others will.

I filled it out as well. I left a few comments with my short experience using "e-cigarettes" trying to eplain how I vape a nicotine containing liquid that is not a prepackaged in a factory etc. I am new, but I guess they are referring to cigalikes only in this survey?

I got that impression also, I stated in my comments that cig-a-likes did not work for me. That finding a PV that works for each person is the key to quitting :)
