Not surprised to see the Liberal party getting smoked as bad as they did. I used to be a Liberal voter but when Ignatieff was elected party leader I knew something really stunk. (And Bob Rae being a contender.. COME ON.)

You've got it backwards. Even if I hate the local candidate, my priority is getting the right guy (or girl) in the driver's seat.

I tend to vote for the person, not the party. Voted for the CON candidate this time around because they weren't getting overtly christian on my ... and seemed to care about the riding. Besides that, the NDP and Lib candidates are real stinking turds.

What a disappointment that so many Liberals went waaaay to the right. Our country will suffer for many years due to this travesty.

Harper kept talking about "values" instead of "policies". And we all know what his values are;
