I don't know if I should post now, because my 3 hours isn't up yet, but I am not posting a name, so I hope this is ok.
If it IS Pablo Picasso, and I was the first one to answer with this name, only I am not sure now if I answered right, I did not use any software to figure it out. Honest. I just took an guess. I never saw the picture on the internet either. I just figured mwa would pick someone the whole world new and now just people in the USA.
