got my cig easy 808 and the instuctions say to clean the battery once a month. apparantly grime gets into the connection between where the battery and cartomizer fit together.
the instructions say to use a very thin, but sturdy wire to clean and/or hard bristles from a brush (wire brush? or will a toothpaste brush suffice?)
anyway any suggestions on where i can find a very thin sturdy wire or hard bristled brush for this purpose?

Local hardware store should have some of the mini wire brushes for a couple of bucks.

I discovered the grime by accident after flooding my battery. when I cleaned out the extra juice with a paper towel it had some black stuff on it. So I wiped off the atty threads and same thing. So every once in a while I wipe them off and no problems.

My suggestion, paper towel folded into a point.

That's pretty much the method I use. No problems so far. But a toothbrush might not be a bad idea every now and then.
