Oddly enough, I'm just the opposite. 1.5 years after switching to vaping, and still having trouble getting to sleep . . . even with a low-nic liquid. 'might be a coincidence, might not. I still wonder if a strong dark tobacco flavoured liquid would help? Something that makes you feel "ok, I'm done" instead of "yum, I could vape this all day." I still haven't found such an eliquid. And while my experiments with Flavourart get closer, they don't get me to that point of "ok, I'm done."

I find that I am having a much harder time sleeping now that I am vaping as well. I am certain that I just vape too much nicotine at night. On another thread I got a suggestion to try taking some melatonin about an hour before bed. I have been doing this for about a week and I am finding it works very well!

No! I don't know how you can smoke cigarettes again after trying an e-cig. Such a shame. I don't know what kind of set-up you use but the company Liberro always post their orders first class, so if you order before 2pm it will arrive the next day.

I don't know about mood differences, but I find vaping totally relaxing (and the fact I'm not coughing my lungs up all the time now helps!). :)

Ahhh, I think I had too much nic going on for as much as I vape. I got some lower mg juices now and it's a much calmer feeling.

For me, I'm finding that the 6mg juice I have is fine if supplemented by snoots of my 24mg if I feel like it. I also just ordered 18mg Bobas and am pretty sure that'll be a good in-between point for regular vaping, at least for now. :)

I also bought lower nic juice. I agree with caffeinator 6 mg is a good all day vape supplemented by my old 18 mg stuff when the 6 just doesn't feel like it is cutting it.

Yeah, that's the great part about vaping...you can totally regulate your nic intake. For me, 6mg is too weak, but as long as I have some higher mg stuff to go along with, it's fine.

Higher VG helps to still give that "fullness" of a vape for me too. I don't really like PG much, but fortunately you can tailor juice as you like it. :)
