More moderators needed!!! (again)

Would be happy to help out. Am a mod at MSN and although a "new" forum member and quit analogs 55 days ago, I know all about the code of conduct and have no problem dealing with spammers, clones, pot stirrers and bans. I have to be FAIR, have an un-biased opinion, and have no stakes in any particular supplier. I have too many supplies from many suppliers.

I have really found this forum to be helpful and full of good information and would like to give something back for all the help and info I have received.

But ... I have never been a moderator in a forum and was wondering what is involved with being a moderator and approx how much time during the week do you think I should allow for the job ?

I should add that I am a newby. I started ecigs and researching on this forum in early May.

I'd assume that SJ pays the just as well as I pay my moderators on a site I run. Plenty of gratitude from admin, attitude from foul users, and lack of recognition from everyone else. The mods on my site seem to be happy with that arrangement.

I'd offer my help, but though I've read 1/2 of the posts here and run a site my self, I'm not sure you guys know me well enough to consider me. After all, I like to know who I've got running my board. I'd expect that SJ is no different.

Is there a list of moderators? On occasion, I need to contact a mod, not to complain, but because I tend to misspell my thread titles ( I try to avoid looking like an idiot).

If Sambuca isn't on, I don't know who to go to. I did find that Walrus was a mod now, he bailed me out yesterday.

I just wondered if there was a list to go to.
