Hey guys, me again.
I recently bought a Kanger Protank because for a while I heard nothing but good reviews, but I've been having problems as of late and saw many others are as well.
My issue is with the draw. When I put the tank on my Zmax I get no airflow whatsoever. And I don't think it's my battery's connection because I've used it on the battery before and it was great. But now I can't use it. What could be causing this?

Thanks for any an all help :)

Assuming (it) means the exact same tank/Base - Did you replace the atomizer head?
Yes? well - there is one chance for a change
Coil head may be slightly thicker or deeper and blocking air flow

Do you screw the tank down securely after each filling?
Yes? well that can also cause problems
Tightening to much can eventually drive the battery side pin down. This makes the tank screw in further(Blocking air holes)

Simple Draw Test for BCC Tank:
1)With Tank in hand, detached from battery, Draw through mouth piece. Is draw normal to airy?
If yes, first test pass
2) carefully place one finger over mouth piece to stop air passing through. Blow lightly into the 510 connector. Air should Pass out the 3 side holes.
3) Verify coil head CENTER PIN has a slot cut through its center. A few knock-off heads have had FLAT center pins. A flat pin to a flat pin = a blocked air path.

Find the problem to find the fix. Fixes vary.:)

Yes, don't unscrew the coil at all. Bad ju-ju with juice all over your battery/mod.

This isn't the first time I've seen this complaint regarding the Protanks and ZMax. I suspect the 510 threading on the ZMax is a bit different than most other mods.

I'd get an adapter like this. This would serve two purposes. Increase your airflow and protect the original threading on the ZMax.

Unscrewing the Atty head some from the base might cause a leak! I would recommend unscrewing the entire tank about a ¼ to ½?

Yep, have the same problem with my Hyper Tank (big pro tank) on my ProVari. When it is screwed down all the way the base of the tank comes in contact with the drip cup rim and blocks off the air. I have to back it off to where there is about 1/32 inch gap and then it works fine.
