More TH from auto

I must be doing something wrong. I get a TH from my 510 auto batteries but not the manual. I push the button and inhale with the manual. Am I missing a step??

What exactly do you mean by throat hit? I know what it means to me but what about you? Throat hit is more dependent on the juice than the battery - though I suppose that could be debatable.

Is the manual battery charged fully? It could be defective I suppose. I assume the neon end is glowing, etc.

Perhaps you are inhaling less with the manual. Please realize the manual battery does not shoot smoke into your mouth when you press the button. Sorry if that seems obvious.

No I inhale just like I do with my auto. The manuals are fully charged also. I just must be me.................

Is the atty the same? Or do you use a dedicated atty per PV?

I've tried the same one and different ones with the same result.............I'm thinking I just have PV envy and need to get me a tornado next payday

Are you getting good vapor? If it is less than with the auto batt, I would be checking its voltage with a multimeter. It could be the batt is not taking as much charge for "full" as it should be. Do you have other manual batts and can compare?

TH depends on juice, atty and batt, all three. If the only change here is the batt, than it is either the batt or you are not using the manual batt correctly.

Also, realize that TH is very transient. Generally it only happens in the first few hits, and after that the throat is used to it and the TH effect dies off. You have to put the PV down for a bit to get the TH back.

I get good vapor............It's just me because if I lay it down for a bit when I come back I get TH for the first few hits. I have 18mg and 26mg juice. I really don't want to go any higher than that tho. I'll just have to learn to lay the silly thing down for longer periods. Dang it, because I love VAPEING!!!

Ah, good, it seems we solved it! This is quite common with new vapers. Flavor is similarly transient, as the taste receptors get saturated.

You might dilute some of your 26 mg with VG, using a 1:1 ratio of 26 mg juice to VG will give a 13 mg juice. You can then vape to your hearts content on that, and then use the higher mg for that boost when you need it. Its very easy to aim too high in the beginning, and then end up making yourself kinda sick with too much nic.

Adding a little PGA or vodka, like maybe 5% by volume will give some TH without having to go to higher nic levels. I'm not a fan of it myself, as it dries me out too much, but a great many people here use it with success...and it thins the too thick VG some too.

The tornado is a great PV. You might find that the 510 mega batts are good too. They last about 1.6x a regular 510 batt, and have a bit of an extra punch from the increased capacity. It won't last or hit like the tornado, but it is cheaper, and better than the regular 510 batt.

Glad you figure out what the problem was.....Cause unfortunately Most all the PV's need a cooling off period, before you get that Good TH again...I know it sucks, but until they come out with the new design, We have to suffer the consequence.....I'm in the same boat as you are....I hate waiting to Vape
