Ha! I read this after my last update - so my feeling after today is probably right. When I was 100% analog free, it DID go away. The balancing for me is rather tricky. I've read a lot on the other alkaloids in tobacco other than nicotine and I think there's something I really "need." I have diagnosed ADHD. When analogs are gone or < 5, I really have focus problems unless I get onto second wind and I'm on phone a lot with business and get into this bad habit of interrupting people. Wish I were in US right now to get some WTA.
I don't feel bad about not being off analogs entirely right now. But the morning is an issue for me. When I have an analog too soon in the morning, it almost sets the day off. I'd be more comfortable at this stage with reserving analogs for the times/days where I need it to cope with symptoms. That is probably 3-6 days in a typical week and anywhere from 1-5 times in an individual days. Much better than 50/day!
You're right on nic level. I had to cut down to 12 mg from splitting between 12/24. Now I'm finding 12 at night with chain vaping to be too much (insomnia anyone?

) so am cutting to 10 mg at night. I still have an ego with 24mg butterscotch on hand for the nic urges and make take 1-4 puffs a day on that.
