If I was super rich and had a five star vegan chef, I could likely pull off vegitarian/vegan. Some of the good vegitarian dishes (lasagnes, stir fries, chili) are excellent IME.
Problem is, all of my meatless quinoa creations taste like bird food.
Yeah, I've got some crazy metabolism and with vegan food being, on the most part, very light on calories. The amount of rice and pasta I'm eating to achieve 4000 calories is incredible.
I'm only 11 stone (which is I think about 153lbs)
I mean I'm cooking double helping of pasta with a tomato sauce now and it's near 11pm here. That's after break, lunch, dinner and snacks.
Wish I had a vegan chef too
