I was a cryptographic engineer in a past life so know it is hard but it is solvable. Your not going to punch this into google and decrypt it your going to have to use your brain it is the only way unless you have a super computer at your disposal (NSA.) Your brain is your best bet unless your really lucky. If you figure it out before I start the new contest thread please hold your answer until I start the new thread. And if by chance you figure it out real easy please pm me and let me know it was too easy.
