You can just dump out the hot water and soak them in cold water.... only takes a few minutes to cool.... Crack up the shells a bit and they come right off! Cut in half, pop out the insides, mix em up and put em back in! Easy peasey!

Back storm's passed for now. All kinds of pickled eggs. Red beets and eggs pickled together are real good. I wanna try it using balsamic vinegar next time. I usually add some pickled jalapenos and sometimes a good pickled garlic. Might try the hot bologna style though.
