Hey Schnarph, It has been a busy week but that's a lame excuse for not getting back to your and everyone elses questions and comments. My apologies. now on to your question. It took a little thinking and I'm pretty sure I came up with a solution. I have a bunch of tips I will be turning in the next few days and I will give it a shot. Actually the short answer should be yes but upon special request.
As far as being wobbly in a carto tank the new stainless steel connection that I'm using should fit pretty snug, There has to be a little room to move but I did my best to keep that to a minimum. The included extra O rings I send with the tips allow you to change the exact fit. I send one smaller and one larger than the one I install on the tip.

I will keep you updated.

I have a few cut out and on the bench waiting for me but I need to find the time to finish them. I have been threatening to put them together for weeks now. I'm thinking about doing a 3.7v 2400mah with onboard usb charging. The other option is DNA 20 with the same battery and charging. I will make it a point to make time to get them built.
