It's sad to see her business go down hill like this. I've been ordering from her for years and always loved the juice she had. ( top 3 for sure )

It seems like ever since Brandon quit working with and for her, everything just went south. She no longer ships to Canada , or anywhere for that matter. Doesn't reply to emails or messages on the forum. What a shame. She had a great gig with a large group of supporters. I just shake my head at it.

Good luck to everyone that's awaiting orders.

Call me names if you will, she is what she is and if you want her stuff you put up with her idiosyncrasies. It took me over 2 months one order last year and it's always at least 2 weeks or more. If you don't want to order from her, go on the search for something that satisfies you. Good luck with that, I sure haven't found any I like as much as hers.

Businesses go under all the time. It's usually caused by mismanagement or shoddy product or both. In MsT's case it's poor management. We have a local carpenter that does great work. Problem is when he gets a check after completing a job, he drinks and doesn't work again until he's almost out of cash. People are still lined up waiting for him though. T still has a good product and if I get this order, I'll order again. I've gotten some really crappy juice really fast. I suppose some of you think that's better. I don't.

(Emphasis mine.)

I think there are a lot of good juices out there mixed by more deserving people than Ms T. But if you feel it isn't worth your trouble to find a satisfactory alternative to Ms T, then that's fine.

It's regrettable that you feel your best option is to line the pockets of a woman who so clearly has zero regard for her customers, but I can't judge you for feeling that way. We all have to choose our battles, after all.

That said, I'd appreciate if it you'd extend to the rest of us the same courtesy in reverse, by not assuming that we're all out in some sort of crappy-e-juice wasteland, secretly pining for the genius-wrought products of Ms T. Mozart she ain't, and the sooner people stop treating her as if she were Mozart, the sooner she might get her act together and rejoin what I like to call the human race.

People just want some clarification. This isn't about good juice/ bad juice. Anyone who's ordered from her, knows that her juices are top notch.

Ms ts track record for shipping times isn't all that great at the best of times, so it's understandable that a person would be nervous about it. This thread has 41 pages. This isn't just 5 people wondering where their orders are.

An update on her website, an email, or a post in this forum, would solve all this confusion. People just want a heads up and not left in the dark.

I work in the mental health care field and have been thinking about Mrs. T and her customer care for quite some time now. Mrs. T.'s erratic behavior and frequent AWOL status just screams pervasive mental health issue. Whether the culprit is some sort of addiction issue (besides nicotine), some sort of psychological issue (perhaps major depressive episodes or Bipolar I disorder, hence the periods of productivity followed by frequent AWOL status), or a combination of both (an addiction issue and a mental health disorder), I cannot be certain. Unfortunately, a business owner struggling with issues such as these has little hope of success, unless they are treated for these issues. Reliable businesses simply do not leave their customers in the dark. Obviously I can only speculate, as I have never met the woman, but I hope that if I am correct, she gets the help that she needs.

Viewing people thru the Internet lens makes them two-dimensional. I don't think there's enough information available to make judgments about mental health status - although I do respect your compassionate tone! But IMO I think the "help she needs" is an assistant so that she can serve her customers better.

I agree, Mrs T. is in dire need of an assistant. I certainly do not disagree with you regarding the two dimensional nature of the internet and I realize that the information that is available is quite limited (as stated, simply speculation on my part). I am just sorry that my post came off as a judgement, as that was certainly not my intension. I suppose that I intended to state that a mental health issue is a possibility, given the frequency with which Mrs. T. has disappeared/gone dark over the years. It may be a moot point, but perhaps there is something more to the problem than meets the eye. ;)

I guess I'll add my 2 cents to the discussion... Order number 38914 placed on Oct 7th is on the USPS truck for delivery today. I wish I had known about the delays... I wouldn't have payed for priority shipping.
I think priority shipping is the only option she has.

I have ordered from Mrs. T.'s for a few years and the longest wait times have been between three weeks and a little over a month.
It took 43 days for my order.

sadly when many were still ordering, the wait times on her site were 3-6 business days. A few weeks later they changed to 2-8 i believe, and now they are 10-18. Which is still obviously incorrect.

I think we can all agree that the extended waiting period this time is her worst yet. Even when she relocated it was not this bad. At least you know there is a high probability you will receive your order.

Anyway, as soon as I get home from my 34 hour shift I will post whether or not the juice arrived.
