Mt Vapor - Way to earn a newbie's business!

I placed an order for juice last night - have my first little kits coming - and no sooner had I placed the order than I found out that several of my choices could eat my clearos. Ugh. Newbie mistakes!

So, I shot a quick email to the company between midnight-1am to let them know what I'd done and asked if I could get with them today and add whatever they recommended to be safe to my order before it ships.

At 2:24am.. AM!!... I got an email with a restatement of my order with the following included:

SmokTech Ego Dual Coil Cartomizer
(Color: Silver)

Charge? $0.00

I think I love them just a little bit.

I'm a newbie too, and have dealt with several different Vendors as I've delved into the world of vaping and THIS is why Mt. Baker has my business. I've never experienced better customer service. Make sure you let their juices steep some. They're made fresh and some are good right out of the mail, but others need a little time for the flavor to develop. Cheers

I have a tiny little FB group for friends and friends of friends who are vaping or wanting to vape. I had *no* idea several of my friends were moving in this direction at the same time I was but I've pointed them here and we have the group to chat and whine or encourage or whatever. lol Anyway, I posted this there, as well, because I imagine that one thing that would drive you away from vaping would be disreputable companies... loss of unnecessary money... and repeated disappointment.

That's one of the reasons I love you guys. It's hard to take in this much information without missing something (like I did) but eventually you start getting the hang of it. lol

Speaking of great service, I placed an order one time in the wee hours with SimplyVapes, and it was processed and shipped at 5:30 that same morning. Now that's dedication. I think it's great that they took care of you so quickly, vendors like those rock.
