I think I will get one of the R91s from MBV tomorrow, maybe if I cannot resist... (Even though I wouldn't spend more money this month...) Even though I already have one, and am signed up for a possible co-op. Supporting MBV is a good thing and having 3 of them is a goal for me. I have a KFL, I have a KFL+ Clone, I have a R91. I enjoy the R91 the most, it just needs to be refinished. :)

BTW the Kracken clone is good if it all works. Mine came with stripped screw holes and the tank stuck to the o-rings. My buddy's did not and hits good and is easy to build on.

Mine should be okay, the guy I'm getting it from has been using it for a little while, he's just decided he doesn't like gennies. Having said that, he's a newer vaper, so I don't know how much he's broken the whole thing down, if ever. As long as it doesn't have a dead short in the center post, I can fix the rest. I can fix a center post dead short too, for that matter, I'd just prefer not to be trying to use power tools in the winter when my hands are only working at about 20% reliably. ;)

Which manufacturer did your clone? After a lot of careful research, I decided not to touch the fasttech ones with a ten foot pole - too many of them with some major defects going on. HCigar's seem better (going by reports, anyway) and Tobeco seems to have done the best job overall in terms of putting out a clone that doesn't need to be completely reworked to be useable.

Thank god ECF is back up. It went down right when I was having an insomniac night and was super bored. So inconvenient. How's every one doing?

we're all fair to middling, or better or worse (or somewhere in between). how are you doing? welcome-signboard-smiley-emoticon.jpg

Living in a box of CelluCotton
Ok, so, got a ton of flavors and a 500ml bottle of VG from RTS in along with some 10ml syringes I needed. Got a 120ml bottle of the Double RY4 from TFA because it is amazing in and of itself. I love that RTS has so many flavors from so many top tier vendors, and in sizes that make sense (120ml of that RY4 is going to go a looong way). Hazelnut, Black Honey Tobacco, Toasted Almond ... I'm going to be 'in the lab' for an hour or three tonight or tomorrow. I have a ton of other flavors, so will be trying my hand at more complex juices versus my usual solo flavors.

Also got my M16 clone, plastic IGO-W cap, and a Kamry K-100 kit for my lady as a backup. I have to say, this M16 is a nice clone. It may be the nicest mech I own, hitting hard right now, feel like I'm getting very little if any voltage dropoff. Very well made little mech, and was a steal for what I paid. I already want another! Hah. The IGO-W clear cap is a bit of an oddity. The airholes are drilled out to 1/16" it looks like, very airy, very flavorful (and vaporful) vape. All my other RDA's are stock, so nice to get to try out an airier vape. Not sure I love it yet, but the thing is changing weather patterns in my neighborhood on top of that M16.

Anyway, had to gush. I'm in love with DIY and having a blast slowly collecting mechs and learning about their intricacies.

I have the Tobeco Kracken because the vendor credited me and said do not worry about shipping it back. I did not get it from FT but I believe that is the one they carried with all the complaints. I have the HCigar version as well from another vendor, it came with no problems. I am debating trying to get the one I was credited for working and PIF it to someone local but dunno if I should spend the time or have the patience for it. It is a good gen style atty when it works, I tried it with SS, Silcia and cotton wicks, un-surprisingly enough I favored the cotton :)

taking a little break from a stressful week to say hi View attachment 293384 and grab a little lunch. hope everyone is having a good day.

bear with me a moment.......

There is a large asteroid about 1/4 the size of the moon, headed for earth. It's arrival is estimated to be in 4 to 6 weeks. An exact time cannot be exacted upon, because its coming in the direction of the Solar Ball we call the Sun. Thus telescopes, field glasses , magnifying glasses cannot get an exact measurement, thus throwing off any and all miscalculations. Our Sun, named Sol, after that infamous game Solitare, which has been played by more people on computers then any other board game.

The scientist are totally baffeled as to where this asteroid came from. The most illustrious Simon Cheddatater, Author of " Fifty Shades of Sunlight", said in an interview; " Its time to get out the pink thongs, its gonna get hot here"

There is a small chance that the asteroid, named, A1, after the famous steak sauce, will strike the sun before continuing on. If this should occur, the planets Mercury, Venus, Mars and Earth would be totally decimated and we would all have to move to another solar system. Sol has 386 Billion Billion Mega Watts of power, about the same as a Prius going uphill.

With that power unleashed all at once, the solar system as we know it, would no longer exist. Other scientist say it will miss the sun and intersect with earths orbit in about 5 weeks, give or take a few weeks. A committee of would be scientist are forming a committee to decide where to hold meetings to discuss further options, if any.

In the event that it collides with our planet Earth, The Goverment says it will lower the tax rate on all existing taxes. The Banks, of course, are in an uproar over this decision. A committee is being formed to discuss the agenda of forming a special sub-committee, which will advise the committee as to how to probably proceed.

Now, you say, what does all that have to do with me ????

Due to the impending disaster, Mount Baker Vaper has stated that it will have a 50% sale on all equipment and E-Liquids
3 days before the actual event. When asked why the 3 day limit, James Thompson, co-owner of Mount Baker Vapor stated " well....we are known for our fast shipping and I want everyone to enjoy thier last days with the Russian 91 1/2, which we now carry in stock"

The point of all this nonsense is of course......

Don't stress out over anything other then those you love. Anything and everything other then that is nonsense. Don't sweat the small stuff, and everything else is small stuff.
If you need to stress out over something, think of the people that now live on that asteroid. !!!!
