Maybe since ECF was off-line in the early morning hours, the night owls found other things to do?? There's word that ECF will limit threads to 15000 posts soon...so we might need to start a new thread. Should we start thinking of a name, something like "MtBakerVapor Chat?"

I would agree with that, but there's already been some equipment discussion over there...and Orb doesn't want to rename the thread...

we need to find a way to keep things separate, so that new folks don't get confused or upset. would there be any logic in a thread in the general e-smoking section? folks could link replies there?

we need to consider how the mods will view all of this and try to do things in a way that makes sense to them. we don't want Mike shouldering a load of stuff on account of us.

I agree 100%...that's why I was suggesting a new name

EDIT: I think Uno would be able to tell us if we should have an MBV thread in the general discussion forum. I just hope that James can follow us there...since we all know MBV reads at least some of our posts...

I just hope this thread will go back to what it was and all this other stuff will go away. I liked the community we had in this thread.

Easiest way to fix all this is for MBV to have their own forums and we could have all the threads that we want.

I've been out of the loop alot lately, but i still don't see why there can't be a slew of threads in the supplier forums. plenty have tons of threads in their forums. reo's forums are HUGE all on their own.

that would help to some extent, but one of the purposes of this thread is to help folks with questions about MBV products. ECF has a wider audience and it would help to be inclusive to the population here and not exclusive.

a separate MBV forum here, would allow threads on juice, gear, DIY and general discussions and possibly chat space.

However, I also know that when I personally need to find something (even when I do it for someone else, BTW) I can get what I need from a search function....but we'll never be able to please everyone, so....

I hope that more people do that so that the MBVII thread can be a resource, and not another aggravation for others looking for info... I will also add that if they are looking for info, they could also ask on the "Official" thread too.....but....meh....

James doesn't want to deal with the upkeep of a forum on ECF. He told me that himself. I don't know if that will change, but that is the last word I got from him.

I think this thread will return "as it was," at least it has in the past after some complained. I understand their complaints, by the way. However, I also know that when I personally need to find something (even when I do it for someone else, BTW) I can get what I need from a search function....but we'll never be able to please everyone, so....

I have started to respond on the other thread, giving advice only with as little chatter as possible. I actually think that Orb might be right, Uno...here's why...folks who don't know anything about MBV might click on that thread first looking for information. If we have another "Chat" thread somehow labeled as such, then it's reasonable to think they might know what it is about before they visit the thread.

But that's just my

There's a couple thread options regardin' our playground, we do actually answer quite a bit of questions here, anyway we can stay in the section we are in or we can start up a social thread, it's really what you all want....

Think about it some and we'll decide as a group...

He posted that he didn't want to change the title of his thread.

Just to clarify what I said I didn't mean that I was going to ignore the other thread. I will keep an eye on it and add to it if I can. I just liked the way this thread was when I first started posting here.
