Morning, MBV peeps!

Stealthing USA tobacco this morning.

Looking forward to the weekend. Going to spend some quality time with the vv3/pt2 mini setup and try to figure out if I really like it better than my other gear around the house. The vv3 battery is light enough that the pt2 mini makes it top heavy, and I don't care for that. I like the balance much better when I drop a dripping atty on it.

I'm also still not sure that I get *that* much more flavor out of the vv3. It's definitely a smooth experience, and I'm sure I have a lot more experimenting to do.

For all you vv/vw folks, what wattage do you tend to favor? (Understanding that there are a million variables out there that impact choice. I'm just looking for starting points...)

I don't have any VW devices yet so can't help you there. I do have a couple ego twists and I pretty much keep them set on 3.7 volts. The only time I set it higher is for the carto tank I have. For it I have it turned up as high as it will go.

the v3 is limited to 6 -11 watts. with single coil bcc, i tend to stay between 6.5 and 7.5w, unless it's a tobacco or a thick, dark bakery juice, then i might go to 8.5 or 9.5w.

I remember reading somewhere on ECF a year or so ago...add 2 to your coil resistance (Ω), and that is the recommended voltage setting to start. So, if your coil is 1.5Ω, try vaping at 3.5V. I think I still kind of do that, but honestly it depends on the juice flavor for me now. Some I vape at less power, others I know I can vape with more power. With that said, I don't play with wattage setting often...I'm either using a mech or VV.

Depends on the person & as you pointed out, the juice. Personally I found that to be way too high. +1.5 was a much more realistic starting point for me.

I think they could nix me out of that R91 coop for a certain number of infractions, yes?
