Sorry about your EVOD issues! Did you soak the head in vodka? That can really help. I'm still a mini vivi nova metal tank girl but have been wanting to order some EVODS. I want to try the Pro tank mini also. Speaking of Moo juices, I was lucky enough to get my requested freebie of Blue Moo a couple of weeks ago and I am in LOVE with it. I'm trying to extend it by mixing it with graham cracker and whipped cream. Hope they restock soon! I swear, every time I look at the site I cannot believe how many flavors are out of stock....like, more every day!! I guess it's a shortage from Flavor West issue but dang...it's frustrating and I don't really want to spend my money elsewhere but may have to here. Hope you like the Ocean Breeze I sent you....and, I received the cucumber mint that you sent me today...so, a big thank you for that! I really love the subtle quality of that flavor at certain times, like late at night, so it will go to good use here!! ( I picked that emoticon just for you and your green av!)

Yeah, this EVOD is just being cantankerous. It's a tad better since I loosened the base, but still much harder to draw on than all my others. Guess I'll add a handful to my next MBV order! I need more colors anyway.

I seriously want to try the various moo based juices. lol

I still haven't tried any of my new MBV juice except for butterscotch. I've got to get a more efficient sampling method than waiting for clearos to empty. That Afternoon Delight and the Ocean Breeze roonie-tunes sent me (thank you roonies! XOXO) are calling my name.

I've only tried freckled lemonade and really like it. A suggestion for you, though. I order a bottle of sweetener about every third order and just add a drop or two to each tank that I find too sour. It really makes a big difference. I've learned not to ever run out of it. Hope that helps some.

Have you tried any of their other lemonade flavors, and if so, did you like them as well? I really enjoyed their Cherry Limeade, but didn't enjoy their Melonade at all. It has a "sour" taste to it that comes across as more chemically for me. Also found this same unappealing flavor in their Sour Yum. I want to try more of their lemonade flavors, but worried it may have that same element I'm trying to avoid.

Unfettered, I have an evod that is like sucking on a brick. The air holes around the bottom rim are not punched through all the way. I keep meaning to get a needle and fix it and forgetting to. Did you check that?

What she said! You really don't want to use rubbing alcohol but since you have let it be and when feel it has done its job run it under HOT water for a bit and then let it sit.

Vodka and PGA don't leave a flavor behind but RA will, don't worry it will rinse out but you defiantly want to give it a good rinse.

I have a friend who always uses vinegar and it works for him but he gives it a fresh water bath before he uses it again. Me well for the most part its cartos or RBA's. Cartos get tossed because they are under a buck a piece and RBA's get a quick rinse and dry burn or I just re-wick or torch them depending on how nasty it is.

Another vote for vodka here. I buy embarrassingly cheap (5.99 a fifth) vodka and make sure to mention I am using it to clean something at the register Don't want them thinking I'm drinking it for breakfast or something.

OK I am kinda miffed. I set aside the cash I would have spent on cigarettes plus a little extra that I allow myself to spend on whatever I want and after the better part of the evening perusing various sites I can honestly say that I don't really need anything.....EXCEPT for everything that MBV has OOS. The only thing that they have that I want is Stickybun and I refuse to put in an order for one bottle regardless of how big it is, I wouldn't even have a freebie that I want available to request. I understand that Flavor West has been closed but piss poor planning on their part does not constitute an emergency on mine. I'm sorry to be like this but I love this juice and dagnabbit I want to try some new stuff from them too but it is all OOS

Can anyone give me a comparison between Sugar Cookie and Cake? Or Bavarian Cream and Vanilla Custard?

I'm absolutely in love with Sugar Cookie, it's the only true ADV I've found so far. Subtle with just enough sweet. Bavarian Cream is close but not quite flavorful enough, will try again with another shot or two in it.

But I'm looking for some more things that are along the same lines as those, subtle and slightly sweet, for other possible ADVs.

I have Cinnamon Roll and love it but it becomes a bit cloying after a while. I read that Sticky Bun is similar without the cinnamon of course so I think I'll try that too.

I'm chomping at the bit to try that Ocean Breeze. The ONLY reason I haven't is because, like an idiot, I loaded up all of my evods with samples of some very good juices from another vendor and I just can't do anything until they're vaped. (Don't want to waste a drop of these because they're so darned yummy and once the tanks are empty, they're gone).

I have been meaning to pick up a cheap bottle of vodka for just this purpose forever, but have yet to do that. I did try brand spanking new heads, however, and the problem remained. I love these Evods and they work fabulously (normally), so regardless of my problem with the one, I'd definitely recommend them. (and you can get them from MBV for a song!) I might have to pick up a vivi nova myself in the near future though, because I have been craving citrusy vapes and they're generally a no go in the evods.

Lol I bet, but can't beat the price of MBV. I will occasionally treat myself to favorites from other vendors, but I'm trying to get a good arsenal of MBVs to keep me sustained day to day.

I kind of like the nutmeg idea. My mother often made custard at night, and that sweet nutmeg smell would draw me out of my bedroom faster than anything else. Definitely giving it a shot, but I don't think it'll be an ADV.

I haven't had MBV's Cinnamon Roll, but Sticky Bun was my ADV until I let myself run out. It is SO good. Just the right balance of buttery bakery sweetness, just like a lightly sweet sticky bun. To me it was never cloying. (I hate that, myself.) I can definitely wholeheartedly recommend it. (And I need to get more myself, actually!)

Everyone else pretty much gave you the answers you need already but I'll just reiterate a point. Though it's true that alcohol doesn't leave a residue, the alcohol will still soak into the wicks, so as suggested, a good hot water soak after the alcohol should be done.

Personally, I use Everclear (Pure Grain Alcohol), but before I got that I used to use vodka. Just make sure it's the clear, colorless kind. (read No Raspberry Stoli's even if you have jugs of that stuff on hand like me. LOL) And the higher proof the better!

I very much like the nutmeg as well. So much so that I bought eggnog the other day because there were complaints in the reviews that it was too strong a nutmeg. I bought it with the intention of adding a bit to another vanilla, but found it's not nearly as strong as the whiners er..I mean other reviewers said and it's quite good on its own!
