Back from the morning rounds. Feeling pretty rough this morning... stayed up way too late watching that show. And I only made it 45 minutes into the scheduled 2 hours. At least the pain was back into the tolerable range this morning. I might have to venture down into the shop as early as tomorrow. But today... well, everyone has to believe in something & I believe I'm going to take a nap.

My shop is to cold to work in this time of year. I have a propane heater but I refuse to pay the rental on a tank that I fill and pay for with the product they sell.
I also believe very strongly on those naps :) I have been an advocate for years now !!

My house turned 100 this year, so I've got a pretty solid basement. It stays 65-70 down there year round without any help. It also helps that I have a natural gas fired boiler with a pretty big holding tank instead of a hot water heater & furnace. It's warmer down there than it is in the rest of the house during the winter. Makes for a really nice shop.

I have the same....(nice warm cellar) but it has a bulkhead for an entrance, no walkout. I tried workin downstairs, but found it to awkward with lumber coming in and furniture going out. Especially sheetgoods :(

In the spring and summer it is nice to open the 2 stall garage.

Good morning MBVers ... I'm finally going to break down and get some glass tanks so I can get rid of my safety gear when I vape those tank crackers.

Thinking either the Davide, or the Pro Tank II ....... any opinions?????

davides are much cheaper and perform with better consistency. however, ptank 2s, when working right, have the edge in flavor. using needle tops to fill davides in a PITA.

have you considered:

HyperTank

I have not tried the Davides yet, I have heard with a little fiddling and removing something you can get a kanger coil in the Aspire version so I was considering buying one so I could try out Aspire BDC and if not liked then swap to Kanger coils. I have most of the Kanger line that take the EVOD/Protank coils and the PT3. I like them, they are consistent as long as you have genuine coils, at least in my experience.
I have a few of the Hypertank/G50 tanks, they perform well with Kanger coils in them. I have only one complaint with them; I have several tanks filled with juice so I can flavor swap without messing with stuff throughout the day. Because of this it may be several days till I get back to a tank. All of my Hypertank/G50 tanks will leak and fill the center tube when left on their own for 3 days. Not the normal drop or two that most clearomizers will occasionally do. In some instances they will drain the tank. They do not do this if used daily or over night. Only after two days or more. Other than that they work well and have the flavor/vapor production of a Protank and hold twice as much Joose.

Hey, you've found what works for you and that's all that matters. I'm about to dive into RBAs next month, so I'm sure there'll be more than a few posts from me along the lines of "I am stupid and this is stupid and I quit!" along the way. :D
Just remember to have some light nic juices kicking around for that, an RBA hits hard and gets ya nicked up in a hurry.

All my DIY stuff comes today! My hubby have been making me stands for my mods and stuff from blocks of wood and he even made me a DIY stand. Got room to sit 2 15 bottles and 2 30 ml bottles and 1 50 Ml bottle. Figured I would transfer my nic juice in a 50 ml to handle it better so now I don't have to worry about knocking anything over.

Crap I just remembered I didn't get gloves. If I am really careful would I be ok handling 36 mg nic juice?

i did not know the hyper tanks leaked, but i would only consider them for something i vaped all day long.

if you want, you can buy a davide or a ptank2, and use this adapter to turn them into bdcs:

Davide BCC/ProTank II Adapter for Aspire Coils

The Aspire Davides are the normal Davides plus a spacer that goes between the base and the tank and a little white plastic grommet. Leave those two parts out, and it's a standard Davide that accepts Kangar heads.

Never heard of them .... followed the link and fell in love, but I don't think they will fit in my VTR. I can't find a diameter on them.

Yup, I've got an embarrassing amount of 6mg sitting here that's all really good stuff but I can only vape it very late at night because if I'm planning on being awake longer than an hour or so, I blow through it way too fast in a tank... perfect for dripping though. And I've got 3mg and 9mg too, in case I need to fiddle a little to find my sweet spot. Having juices in a variety of nic levels already is part of why I've decided to go ahead and pick one up when finances allow... otherwise I'd probably wait a while to give myself more time to stock up on lower nic juice. As it is, I'm all stocked up and I know how build a coil, so an RBA seems like the next logical step - if for no other reason than my capricious tongue and how much easier it is to swap flavors with a RBA.

Hmmmm wouldn't fit in my VTR ........ but one of those tanks with the "tarnished" looking cage would really look sweet on one of these.

Good mornin' to all MBV thread people. It's the weekend! But the every day is the weekend around this house.
Sam, I feel you misunderstand, I'm not much of a country & western music person. It's ok & I don't dislike it, same is true with most other types of music. The one type I like the best is cowboy music but even that is pretty much take it or leave it. I just don't give music much thought. ;)

Here's a protank 2 with an adapter and an aspire bdc head in it. It's filled with MBV Butterscotch and working great.

Here's a Davide BDC with an Aspire head and filled with MBV 555 and working great.

And if you're wondering if the new Davide tanks with aspire heads will take protank 2 heads here's a gold Davide BDC without the adapter with a protank 2 head and it's working pretty good so far

Honestly, you can't go wrong with the Davide tank. You can use either aspire or protank 2 heads. I personally like the aspire heads better because no matter how much I chain vape I have yet to flood one. And they seem to work really well with MBV juice at 50/50.
